I don’t know where the cubes I bought are; none of the three have arrived. It says that the delivery couldn’t be made on 15/07/2025, but I was home all day and nothing arrived. It also says I will receive a message with information about when and where I can pick up the Rubik’s cubes, but I haven’t received any message or email either.

I've both visited the store and ordered from their webshop. At MasterCubeStore, I've had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They go out of their way to help you find the right product, if you don't already know.
If you are buying a cube, support these guys. They are genuinely dedicated to what they do.

They had exactly what I was looking for, especially since I was unable to find my items in any other online cube store here in the US. I've recently got back into cubing after a 40-year layoff, and with all the new cubes out there, I tend to gravitate towards the ones with black plastic and are true representatives of their complexity. I also don't like tiny X-by-X cubes...the ones that seem to stay the same size as the number of sides increases. Anyway, this was a pleasurable shopping experience, and perhaps I will be able to buy rare cubes from this store in the future, like the Eitan's Star, the X Cube Master, the Cross Cube Master or the Meffert's Vulcano.

Order placed on 2nd May, still not received

I like the company and have ordered from them many times but this time I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a MagLev Pyraminx for about 16€ and the VIP mystery box for 42€ with a supposed value of minimum 70€. In the box was another magnetic Pyraminx of likely around 15€ value if I'm being generous, a "magnetic folding fidget cube black" that is 16€ usually but currently on sale at half price, an unbranded non-magnetic stickerless 3x3 cube likely worth less than 5€ and finally a magnetic stickered 6x6 cube at a value of 22€. Being generous and taking the full price instead of the discounted one, the prices of the four items together come to about 58€. I expected more for my money on the Mystery Box, and now I'm forced to return the other Pyraminx I had specifically ordered since I don't think there's a return policy on the Mystery Box. Item quality and shippingwise, everything great as usual.

It didn’t arrive yet. Do not help a tracker if there is nothing to track, just that for many days it is on this way.

Gan robot doesn't work at all, i can not find any solution.
While working the robot the cube stucks immediatelly.
I orderd a new cube from other store, but the robot must be the guilty.
So i am unhappy with it.
