Fantasy products for fantasy prices
Placed an order since it was the best value I could find. Well, the reason they're able to undercut the competition is because they don't actually have any means of selling the product for that price. They may as well advertise "all products just a pound!"
My delivery was initially delayed by 4 days then was abruptly cancelled. So, back to the drawing board. Will absolutely never use again.

Materials came 2 days late when they arrived they sent the wrong blocks that I ordered, I then tell materials market and they say I have to wait another week to replace them for the ones I actually ordered.
I would never use them again they are completely useless.

Had heard great things about materials market from others. Placed an order for insulation, sadly the expected date got moved and then there was an issue with the supplier. Sadly had to cancel as the new date would be past when I required the items. Material Market place have since apologised and listened to my feedback.

Where to begin
Where to begin?
As many others have mentioned, this company is essentially a Marketplace and as such don’t hold any stock.
When you order, they attempt to find the stock to match your order and that’s where the wheels come off, spectacularly!
I ordered insulation, they couldn’t match the correct size, asked me to accept an alternative, delayed the order, ignored 3 text messages and one voicemail. If you attempt to call them to chase up your order, there’s no option to speak directly to anyone, only ‘leave a voicemail’ option.
I’ve lost a whole week and will now have to source the order elsewhere so it’s likely to be another week.
Avoid, avoid, avoid…. You have been warned!
