A waste of my time. Most of these reviews read the same and are probably made up.
I ordered 45x 32mm x 150mm Softwood Grooved Reversible Decking Board 4200mm on Wednesday 27th May for delivery on Tuesday 2nd June. The price quoted was £653.40 - that was £300 cheaper than anything that I could source locally so i thought I'd give them a go.
I heard nothing but kept checking the order, it kept saying 'Matching to a supplier'. Then I started reading Trustpilot reviews!
On the morning of 2nd June it looked like something may be happening but by the afternoon the delivery had been put back to Thursday 4th June. Then on Wednesday 3rd June the order was cancelled. I won't be bothering again.

Delivery on scheduled day and driver called ahead to confirm I was next stop.
Only issue was the 6m joist I ordered where anywhere between 640-645 cms not great when they need to be exact, but that’s how they come I suppose.

Worst customer service! AVOID!!!
Stay away from this awful company they let you buy offline at cheap prices they don’t send half the order because it’s uploaded wrong online then when you try and sort it they don’t answer or are rude STAY AWAY worst customer service and the items you order you’ll think there cheap but when they arrive half of it’s missing and they make every excuse why they won’t send out the remaining orders
