So easy to order from, local companies are used so delivery is great. Saved me trawling for someone close to fulfil my order. Best of all l got notified all the way through of the progress of my order. Cannot recommend then enough ,on price service and the friendly way the company treats their business.

Rubbish company! Take order for screws and Timber, but the night before it is due for delivery we are told they can't supply the timber on day specified.
I had to cancel the order, but the screws were delivered and I was charged £9 delivery for a box of screws!

Good prices (the best I could find) with quick delivery. When an item was not delivered as part of the order I called and spoke to Riad, who was very helpful. Confirmed delivery couldn't be in time for the project quickly and issued a refund. I've used them a couple of times now.

Absolutely shocking service.

I placed an order for cement/postcrete and timber, and during delivery the driver dropped the crate from a height, ripping open multiple bags. Cement spilled everywhere, and because it was raining, the damaged bags became wet and unusable.

To make it worse, the damaged bags were placed on top of my timber, which meant cement leaked all over it. Over time, because nobody has responded or dealt with this properly, the timber has now been ruined as well.

Have tried to call multiple times no answer and no answer to any emails Last time I use their service.

Unfortunately I bought some goods from them for which they had 4-5 days to have them delivered. Today when I was required to receive a message from them as to the time of delivery for tomorrow, instead I received a message from them stating that they are waiting for suppliers acceptance and are working to resolve the issue quickly.
This suggested that they could not schedule the delivery of goods within the timeframe which they themselves are promised and as such they lack the ability and capability to deliver goods on time.
Buyers are advised to protect their own interest and avoid buying from Material Market.
To summarise, I would state that they are a dishonest company because they do not honour their commitments and time carries no meaning for them

The prices were the lowest I could find and by some margin too and the service was brilliant kept up to date all the way

Excellent prices and fast turnaround for delivery

It was very easy to place an order. Once my order was placed, I was notified of the delivery date.

Before the delivery, I received a WhatsApp message from the company with an update. I asked if the delivery could be delayed by one day, and they were very accommodating and happy to arrange this without any problems.

The item arrived on the revised delivery date and was placed neatly next to my house as requested. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

I would definitely recommend Materials Market and would happily use them again in the future.
