Zero rating

I would like this to be a zero star rating. I ordered the tanning product which took ages to arrive in damaged packaging and was the wrong shade and did not produce any tanning. I contacted the company for a correct replacement or refund. Despite lots of reassuring emails of them ‘assessing’ my request - nothing is actioned.I've waited a long time for them to correct things , but nothing yet. It seems like a robot is replying to my emails. I feel very ripped off by this company.
