I am very satisfied with the mattresses I ordered. The quality is excellent and they are very comfortable. The delivery was slightly delayed, but this was due to GLS and not the company. Overall, everything went well, and I would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered a 200×90×21 mattress from this company. The mattress arrived in a very short time, and the carrier contacted me about the delivery time. I unpacked the mattress and, according to the instructions, let it lie freely for 6 hours. Now I sleep like a log, the mattress can even adjust to my shape, I lie slightly submerged in it. I feel like a trilobite in the primeval mountains. Fantastic feeling. Thank you for a great product.

Second update : 17/2/2026 I have still not had any reply from the customer service since last heard on 7/1/26 . It is soon going to be 3 months and no parcel received or updates . The customer service at MATRATZEN Discount has GHOSTED me at this point in time . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS WILLING TO TAKE A BIG RISK .
Update-8/1/26 Parcel not located anywhere still Under investigation . Received email from CS at MATRATZEN .They are not clearly stating when is the cutoff off time for the wait ! Wonder how long the investigation will go on for ?!
This is to the people who will order from the UK please be aware of few things when ordering from these people . I ordered my mattresses from this website on the 5/12/25 MD1000637512 and on the website they say it is delivered WITHIN 2-3 business days ( this to me as a customer means within 2-3 days literally ) it’s going to be two weeks now and I haven’t still got it yet and I had to pay 48£ customs clearance changes which has not been mentioned at the time of ordering ! Which I think is very cheeky of the company to hide this information to benefit from people ordering from their website .The tracking information is still not updated yet and when I email the company they say it’s not their responsibility about the delivery and I don’t understand how is this not their responsibility? I paid to The company for my goods and the company is using someone to deliver my goods to me so I believe they should be responsible for the goods untill it’s delivered to me as I PAID for it . Secondly the customer service replied to me that the delivery dates they say is not garunteed especially during the busy seasonal times( Christmas ) and with the international shipping as it needs to clear the customs .I believe they should mentioned these again on the website of the realistic timeframes and customs charges with the reasons they gave me why there is a delay .The shipment service they use GLS is another long story of how rubbish they are of not knowing where the parcel is ! They say it’s with parcel force and parcel force says they haven’t recieved it either . It’s frustrating and disappointing . I know the company will reply to this and I am very sure this is going to be useless as they will come up with reasons and excuses that’s not helpful.

I ordered and paid for 2 pillows and 1 mattress a week ago. They only delivered the 2 pillows. They didn't deliver the mattress and they haven't responded to any emails I've sent. In short, I received the lower-value items. Now don't have my money and no mattress. Very disapointed.

Avoid or you will be sleeping on the floor.
We ordered a mattress online on the 24th of November. The company’s website said delivery in one to 2 days. It is now the 5th of December and we have still not received the mattress. I’ve never heard of customer service agent to be so unconcerned or nonchalant, which gives me the impression this happens a lot. Customers need to be extra wary because of the company’s refund policy. We cannot receive a refund until there is an attempt to deliver the mattress to us, at which point we can refuse to accept it. Then, and only then, will the company process a refund. Today, I was told that the agent they used to deliver might take an extra two weeks from now to process our order and to attempt a delivery. That means no mattress for over a month and no possibility of cancelling and getting our money back so that we can order elsewhere. When I questioned the customer service agent on this policy, he told me it is normal experience and that I would know this if I ordered more things online. What a joke.
