Amber was very helpful in securing my new position. She kept me informed throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly. She also kept me updated when there was a slight delay with the school sending the contract. Only suggestion for an improvement would be to use email for all contact that doesn't require a phone call but this is just my own personal preference.
