Superb! Both Marie and India are knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and have the best links with CEOs around. Always kept in touch so you knew what was coming up and how things were progressing. I was put in contact with MAT Recruitment by a trusted colleague while I was in a job that I was not enjoying. Marie offered me a number of lead pastoral VP options but they were not accessible for me until Marie found a short term contract I could access. This was a great role in a school and with a team I really enjoyed working with. The short term contract was extended from Christmas to the end of September with Marie’s help. MAT recruitment then found me a second pastoral VP role 4 miles from my house which became substantive following a selection process. I came across MAT Recruitment through Linkedin and after working with 5 other recruitment agencies, they have by far been my best experience. Marie has been so approachable and helpful with regards to finding the perfect role for my needs at 2 separate occasions. She has been able to provide me with great insights prior to my interview as well as checking in with me during the day of my interview to ensure everything was going smoothly.
