delivery took about two and a half weeks dont know why so slow(as bed was in stock)
but was delivered free and in perfect condition great bed great price but woudnt use if i was in a hurry but cant put all the blame on them maybe they shoud change couriers
they phoned 2 days before del and 1 hour before they brought my bed so the del men did a good job

£80 for a divan base with an rrp of £160! Fab! They kept in contact about delivery and it was delivered when they said! They even gave us a window of time that it would be delivered in and phoned an hour before just to let us know that it would be there soon! The delivery gents took it up the stairs for us and into the bedroom and offered to unpack it too!
Would definitely buy from them again and reccommend to anyone!!

bought bed for my son who reports that its extremely comfortable and has had best night's sleep in ages. I've used the delivery company CEVA before and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very pleased with delivery booking service and delivery itself.

The decision to buy a new mattress is straight forward, the selection process is bewildering - it's not like you can return it like an article of clothing. And it's not a low cost, throwaway item either.
The website was pretty informative but even when I made my decision I still felt nervous but when the purchase arrived, a quick look at the quality was reassuring.
The first night's sleep was fantastic and reinforced the decision to buy a new mattress and that the selected product was right. Absolute confidence now that the decision was correct and the website was spot on.
Delivery was a matter of days not weeks, able to select date & time, delivery guys were on time, and placed the matress in my bedroom for me, even putting on overshoes to avoid marking the carpet.
All round from start to finish I am very pleased with the experience - Oh and the price paid was fantastic - 70% off rrp, can't be bad!!

Booked a mattress on line, it arrived on the day and at the agreed time. No problems and mattress was as described. If I need another one I would not hesitate to use this service again.

With the snow we've been having, was wondering if the delivery would have been cancelled, but delivery men rang the day previous to delivery, to confirm, and on the day, querying what state my road may be on. My road is an upwards sloping hill, still icy.

Delivery men parked at the bottom, and carried my mattress up the hill. Service above and beyond.

After needing a good night's sleep for years, this new mattress was a delight to sleep on last night.

Excellent quality bed and matress for a very competitive price. Great delivery process and excellent delivery men to take to the room, assemble and remove the packaging. Marks on the base so am waiting to hear from the company but otherwise would fully recommend, hence the four rather than the 5 stars at the moment.

delivered to the room i asked it to be taken to , very polite drivers, easily assembled, good quality item and very very comfortable and the price was very reasonable

very bad service. no phone calls to say where the order was. constant phone calls in my own time to chase them. excuses that they were sold out yet the system is live ! ordered on the 19th December 2012, still no date for delivery ( 10th January 2013 ). expected delivery is now another week or two.
cheap for a reason. would not recommend to anyone.

Mattress was a great price, is very well made and was delivered on time. A nice point was that the delivery people phoned and told us what time they were coming so I didn't have to hang about waiting. Wish everyone was as professional as this company. Thanks

I placed an order for 2 double mattresses. The order was confirmed immediately. A date and time was given, and this was the time it was delivered. Excellent service, especially so close to Christmas. I am going to order another mattress for my elderly mother. Very good and reliable service. Highly recommended.

Well I put a order on 3 dec
It didn't arrive so I rang on the 17 dec
Thy didn't know wats happen
Then the delivery personal rang saying Ur order will get to u on 4 jan I was really upset
Becoz it was a Christmas gift
Then the rang again to say sorry it will come on 10 jan but I hav't had no responded from the company
I had to ring & do the running around to contact the company
Not had no price cut for letting me down which could help

Ordered online and got a confirmation email straight away. The following day received a call to arrange delivery, so I knew when to be home. I was advised the driver would call an hour before he reached us so we would know he was on his way. Got an email the day before to confirm AM / PM and then got a call from the driver the evening before to advise we would be the first delivery of the morning and he didn't want to call too early and wake us up. The mattress arrived in perfect condition in a heavy duty transparent plastic cover, so it was easy to have a quick inspection and verify all was well. The mattress itself is superb, extremely comfortable and great value. I couldn't recommend these guys enough and will definitely be buying from them again.
