Really rude salesman in Naas Road shop . Tried to ask a few times for more information about a bed and was fobbed off and told to look online. Asked could he show us a similiar colour bed as the bed we wanted to see was online he said he's never seen the bed so didn't know what we wanted him to do. Would of thought a salesman would have an idea of the colour of fabrics that his business is selling. If that's his attitude towards sale would probably make more sense to just move to online retail as he seems to be missing the point of customer service. Won't be shopping here in future

If you want to waist your time and chase your money Mattress Mick in Dublin is the right place. Terrible costumer service.

Purchased the Homelee "Elite Chiropractor Approved" mattress from them. It doesn't do justice to it's name. Woke up with lower back and neck pain from day one. Legs numb after a couple of days using it. Need physiotherapy to get back on my feet. Cannot recommend this company.

We just moved into our new home and purchased all our beds from Mattess Mike. These guys are just great, top class customer service .Noel was fantastic, I was unsure of what colours or bed type to go for, he went through all the styles and designs and made it so much easier to decide.

The beds and mattresses are just fantastic, never had a better night's sleep.

Great customer service. I ordered a particular king size mattress at short notice which it ended up would take more time than we had, to come into stock. Mick phoned, sorted out another one for us and made sure it was delivered to our house in time for our move in. Highly recommend the company and the mattresses too!

Bought a mattress and headboard from Mattress Mick and had a first class experience in his store in coolock salesman knew exactly in detail all his products and was very helpful worth travelling across the city. Delighted with my purchase and they take away the old one delivery and take away in one visit. If you are buying a new bed and mattress this is the only place.

Tried to order a single pine base online but other Companies delivery in 10 days but Not Matress Mick. Ordered Thursday, delivered next day 10 a.m. I tried the Rest, now sticking with the Best.
Great service and good banter with sales lads in store.

Just took delivery of two beds from Mattress Mick. The delivery guys dragged one of the divan base units across a brand new solid oak floor gouging out a deep rut in the floor. Floor cost 7k, and is only down a week. Neither of the delivery guys even had the manners to apologise and one of them more or less said 'tough, thats what happens when you ask for a lift in with the beds'.
I'll never shop there again......

I got a single mattress from here I got the spinal pedic elegance
It arrived in April 2021
The sides are sinking no support and the trim at the edge is coming away .
I expect it to last longer than a month very dissapointed

Wife and I bought a mattress back in May 2020 for the new house. Only leaving a review now because we wanted to give it time. Probably the best purchase we have ever gotten. We ordered the Pearl Memory Mattress 5ft and the Kansas Fabric Bed King Size 5ft. Service was good, arrived on time with no hiccups. very very comfortable sturdy. 100 % recommend this bed and mattress at least, not sure about the others. Had read about poor service from the team but we experienced none of that to be fair to them. Would buy again! and thank you for helping us sleep better ;)

Bought a mattress that was recommended, however when it was being delivered the two delivery lads didn't have a mask between them and also done nothing but shout out swear words whilst trying to get the mattress upstairs.
My wife had to put my 4 year old daughter out in the back garden whilst podge and rodge distroyed my house.
One of the lads tells her, "one of the spindles are lose on the bannister"...
I get home and have a look as the whole bannister is distroyed.
I then get on to them about the mattress and the fact that sleeping in a tree would be more comfortable and asked them.to change it...
2 months later and 14 emails and I've given up,
I will.never use this company again and absolute dier customer service.
