I cannot propery review the mattress, as I am yet to receive it. It was promised in 5 working days, and it has already been over 10, and I have heard nothing from mattress shed, other than confirmation that it had gone to the depot when I first placed the order. Communication is hopeless.

I ordered a day bed and trundle at the end of January. All paid for. I have only just received the trundle (end May). The availability of the trundle was continually pushed back. I had a meagre discount. Having paid for it already. The trundle was due for delivery, I took a day off work Monday to receive the trundle. I never received a promised delivery confirmation and the trundle didn't arrive on Monday but turned up the next day. It has a faulty part. You can rarely get through on the phone, their answerphone message box is usually full, their 'live' chat hasn't been working, there is a ticket system which promises a response within 2 working days and is not fulfilled. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I finally managed to leave a message but still have not been contacted. Nightmare from start to finish.

Bought double ottoman bed with voucher from wowcher. Could track order online. Bed is really good quality, was reasonably easy to assemble and very good value for money.

I'm afraid I can't give a review on the bed I ordered.

Admittedly I ordered it at a discount through Wowcher but I received an email confrming my order had been shipped on 5 May and that it would be delivered in the next 1-3 days. It's now 14 days later and I'm still waiting!

I've chased the courier who said that they were still to receive the bed and that they would call me back today but that didn't happen either.

Hopefully someone will do me the courtesy or letting me know what's happened very soon?!

Haven't recieved my bed yet ordered on the 03/05/2015 was suposed to arrive within 1-3 days

Hi i am very dissapointed as the bed apparently should of arrived last Friday but i had no card saying it was left anywhere and i phoned on the monday to see why e mail wasnt clear and why no bed.
I was told they had left it in the alley at back of my house.
I have no fence up at present due to winds and so obviously it has been taken.
I have been trying to get this sorted every since with e mails back and forth and been told another one is on its way but no idea when etc.
Could you please see into this and let me know what is happening your end as i am not avaiable all next week and do not want the same thing happening.

I could not be happier with my purchase. Bought a Sapphire pocket sprung 3000 mattress for £188 and have seen this on other websites for £900. "Hotel quality mattress" - my girlfriend. I'd say it falls a little bit short of that but honestly for £188 I'm genuinely impressed. Swift delivery, solid quality, hardest part was lugging it up two flights of stairs! Not bad for roughly £19 a year eh as it's definitely got 10 years in it. Took me many years to realise that sleep quality is something you really should invest in as it makes every single day of your life feel that slight bit better, my productivity at work has even increased as I'm a lot less tired now - I'll probably get more than I paid in raises from this than it cost aha. Top quality pricing, I'm sure you can tell my delight by the way I keep going on!

Item was delivered on day stated in one piece and all parts were complete. Would buy again from Mattress Shed :)

I had an issue and it was resolved pretty quickly. The webpage wasn't very tablet friendly but I can't fault the service.

Placed an order on the Here For A Day website for two plastic stools and paid for them. Was given an e'voucher which was confusing. No delivery so contacted Here For A Day and given instructions which I followed and was directed to The Mattress Shed. I had to pay an additional £9.95 for each item for delivery, which took some time to arrive. One stool received broken. Took ages to get a replacement. £18.90 delivery fee for two small plastic cylindrical stools. I believe that to be a rip-off!! I buy most things on the internet and the normal delivery is sometimes free and mostly no more than £4.95. "Amazon is the KING" And the place to buy in the future.

The bed took longer then expected to actually come but really pleased with it, and even though there was a fault with one of the items they got back to me straight away and sent a replacement part out with out any problems. Really pleased with the customer service

Ordered a bed on a Sunday, delivered on a Wednesday in brilliant condition. No dramas and friendly delivery staff. Definitely recommended.

Ordered a Ottoman double bed online through Groupon and it was delivered within a week,

bed arrived in good time although it was lucky I was at home to receive because no advise given as to delivery even though company did say I would receive a phone call to confirm! Bed assembled easily ,took two of us quite some time but we wanted to be thorough.Looks good ...time will tell.
