Still waiting for my friends 25th anniversary box from November 2019. Have tried to called hundreds of times and emailed multiple times. Absolutely do not use this website as there is some scamming of sorts going on. I also reported them to shopify.

I used to own a company called nerd merch someone stole the name and is now making people angry by fleecing them his name is jaymee fletcher. The company is locatedcin Dorset i am in Bristol. I hope you all catch up with him. He's an asshat.

Don't bother ordering from this company. Placed my order in early October, getting in early for xmas, after no response to emails in late November I contacted them via Facebook and one of my boxes arrived a week later. I again contacted them to ask where the other 2 boxes were to be told they would be shipped beginning of December. One box arrived last week and one today. Unfortunately the one that arrived today was a double of last weeks so still left without a box. I have had to order a replacement off of Amazon so AVOID this company at all costs.

I ordered my first nightmare before Christmas box and was so happy with it, I ordered another a month later. They do say that you will not receive the same thing but the is rubbish. I got the same mug, note book and sticker. Only got 2 new things. Not happy and will not be buy ever again!

Exactly same ordered stranger things mystery box and not had it and never got any correspondance and if you call the number is just the same answer machine - I was advised to speak to My local bank And they could try and get your money back

Money paid £29.99 for Stranger Things box and nothing received. No telephone number to reach them and emails not answered. Complete Con DO NOT ORDER!!!

Customer service - disgusting! I placed my order on 14 July 2019, chased it 13 August 2019 and chased it again today and still no reply and still not received my order!!!!

I ordered the Stranger Things box for my husbands 40th Birthday which is in September. Thought I was ordering early but clearly not!!

Will not be using this company again, will be lucky if I see my order this year at this rate!!

Steer clear of this company, don't think it’s a scam but just so so so so slow sending orders out for whatever reason!!!!

i have been waiting for my doctor who mystery box and nothing has happened they have discontinued their phone line ndi get no feedback fro e.mail bloody charlatans the lot of them.

Customer service?? There is absolutely none! When ordering it stated item would be despatched within 24hrs of ordering and 1-2 days delivery. I have been calling, emailing, and leaving messages for three days and no response whatsoever!! Do not waste your time or money!!!

I ordered from their advert on facebook, never received the item, never got a dispatch date or delivery date. Tried to contact them via email, facebook messenger and phone and no response to anything. How they are managing to still advertise on facebook is beyond me

Ordered item for daughter’s birthday at start of March but still hadn’t arrived 12 weeks later. No answer to emails or phone calls. Had to contact credit card company for refund. Daughter was super disappointed on her birthday.

I'am dissapointed. I ordered a few weeks ago. I sent few emails and Messenger message. They didn't answer. I wasted my money. They are unreliable trader! I don't recommend it buy from them!!!!!

SCAM SITE... Do not order from these people! Order placed money taken from account 3 weeks of chasing no response on email or calls... escalating to trading standards.

The customer service from this site is appalling you are much better ordering from somewhere else don`t waste your money.

SCAM.... ordered the Feb avengers box.. took my money straight away, no confirmation emails and no product.. never buy from these

I ordered the Fallout box in August and it is now February.... No box, no response from the help center. These people are thieves. Not only will I not use them again but I'm going to make sure none of my friends make the same mistake.

Do not use.. takes your order, fails to send. You can email all you like.. no response. Don't bother calling.. phone never answered. Has been reported to Dorset Trading Standards who are investigating.

never received my order, never reply to your emails and cannot phone them as the message you get when ringing is answer machine full, completely mistrustful company, take your money and don't supply you with what you ordered.

Email addresses don't exist, they never answer phone and items have never shown up!

It's been over about a month now and not only I don't what I ordered, but I get 0 response from them. My card was charged and the money have been removed from my account right away. The only "update" I got was that my order has been accepted.... That's it....
