Mattress Shed Reviews

I had a problem with my wowcher code,I had a couple of emails, one saying my order was cancelled, the other saying my order was confirmed. So in the end I decided to ring the numbe. Got to speak to a guy called Scott,he was able to rectify things and confirm my order.Sorted after a five minute phone call.

Spot on from start to finish.

top job 5 star service many thanks.

The bed frame I received from mattress shed was perfect. The customer service team were also really helpful when I had trouble ordering the item itself (nothing wrong with their website it was my own error!). However, the courier service used were disgusting. Firstly he buzzed my flat so I went outside to see who it was. No one was there to greet me just two boxes leaning on the building and a van with no one to be seen. After checking the boxes I noticed it was my order then, after a few seconds of me coming outside, the delivery person drove off. Didn't check who I was, didn't help me carry the items to my door or anything. For all he knew I could have been a random stranger and stole the item. Or if I was an elderly person living alone how on earth would I be expected to lift a king size ottoman bed to the top floor, where I live. So here I am on my own with 2 boxes, one of which says CAUTION ITEM HEAVY/BULKY 2 PERSONS SHOULD LIFTING. So I attempted to take this up the stairs as I couldn't leave my brand new bed outside. As the box was already damaged, about halfway up one of two flights of stairs the box fell open. So I had to rip the box open and carry the bed in bits. The next day I had some lovely bruises on my arms and a bad back. So mattress shed please reconsider who you choose to deliver your items because at the moment they are abysmal. Mattress shed as a company are brilliant, would've given 5 stars but due to the delivery service (non-existent service!) I cannot.

Problem with broken parts sorted straight away bed ok

Mattress was delivered in a reasonable time and the product was very good value for the money. Will use again.

Great deal on bed and mattress
Had a problem with gas pistons on otterman bed emailed costumer support and had replacement pistons sent very quickly
Complaint response time excellent
Would use mattress shed again

We bought a King size Ottoman Bed from the mattress shed, arrived before the estimated time in two boxes for self assembly. Easy assembly instructions, that a child could do follow. Took about an hour. Well constructed and what a difference the space underneath makes. We bought plastic boxes with lids to store all our bedding underneath and there is probably room to store our Christmas decorations as well. We didn't bother with the under base cover, as the weight of the storage boxes would negate it being able to withstand it. Great Bed.

fantastic product and speedy efficient delivery. I highly recommend mattress bed

Was made up with my purchase from mattress shed will definitely recommend to friends

Otterman Double Bed, The instructions were a bit vague, could of been better. The bed great, though some of them come with panels in the bottom,to keep what you store of the floor. This one did not. But not a problem.

Would never use again really disappointed with the delivery. Stated would deliver on one day made arrangements and then did not get delivered and have still not had the bed delivered wpuld warn others not to use

no problems at all. first class service. first class product.

Bed was good quality and easy to put together.

The bed was easy to assemble and the instructions simple to follow. Would recommend to friends based on the quality. The only area for improvement is with regard to delivery, as it was difficult to arrange someone to be at home to take delivery since the tracking info was scant. This is probably down to the courier used but is still part of the whole process affecting customers. I was informed it was despatched but was only advised at 9.15 am that delivery was being made between 10am and 1pm that day. This could be improved especially given the charge applied if you were not in to take delivery.

Only my first purchase so being very new to ordering on line and my printer not working I was very worried that I would not be able to use my voucher, but a very kind gentleman at the company helped me through the process. It arrived in good time earlier than was arranged, now it is just down to us to put it all together.

Bought a bed of wowcher was very good for the price but trying to get through to shed mattress customer services to ask question about the delivery was a total waste of time no response and cant leave a voicemail as the mailbox was full
Overall very good just let down by communication

Brought an otterman style bed, looked quite daunting at first as came flat pack, but found instructions to be clear with easy steps to follow on putting it together, only slight moan is courier wasn't that great, tracking info that gave me little information as locations not listed on site, no real clear indication when item would be sent out so was very hard trying to plan around work

The bed is excellent value for money and communication and delivery was excellent also

Bed was cheap but high quality, arrived when advised, was easy to build on my own and is very easy to use. Brilliant product, would recommend to anyone.
