Horrible service, attitude, and work

Horrible. The people there now do not know what they’re doing and screw around more than they work. I got two new tires and asked that they’d be put on the front of my vehicle, but they were not. I let it go because they didn’t charge me for a rotation, but as soon as I left, I realize the car was listening to the right despite that I had paid $117 for alignment. I turned around and went right back there told them the problem and they said it would just be a few minutes, but it was more like 30 minutes before I complained and somebody decided to get my car and take it for a test drive without asking me permission that I would have given, but then went on a 15 minute joyride came back into the parking lot and was doing figure 8’s when I stopped him and asked him what he was doing. His answer was stupid so I told him he should have felt the problem immediately like I did and they needs to get out. He needs to get on with fixing my car. He said I could take my car elsewhere and when I went to complain to the manager person, he had told me that he was with a customer and couldn’t be bothered. So I left and I will get my mechanic to do the damn alignment . Do not risk your hard earned money here.

Still thrilled with the performance of my Michelin Defender 2 CUV Tires …

On July 25, 2024, I went to Mavis Tires and Brakes in Clemmons, NC, to have four new Michelin Defender 2 CUV Tires (245/60HR18) mounted, balanced, and aligned on my 2021 Honda Pilot EXL (34,970 miles). Now, over a month later, I'm still thrilled with their performance; my Honda drives and handles better than ever after a couple thousand miles. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, with a great sense of humor. I also purchased lifetime services: free tire rotation, balancing, and four-wheel alignment, ensuring peace of mind for our upcoming trip to the Outer Banks. I highly recommend these tires!

Charged $440 to replace rear shocks and…

Charged $440 to replace rear shocks and balance all for tires. It took them almost 4 hours to do it. They also tried to up charge me on other services. All I wanted was to rotate the tires, After paying and leaving had a bad feeling that I just got taken advantage of. After researching on line and talking to another mechanic , I may of had work done that should not have been needed. The only reason I agreed was I was short on time , my son going back to school the next day. Lesson learned, will never go back to them again. They should be ashamed of how they do business . They got their money, I guess that’s all they care about.

Hand written sticker for windshield…

Hand written sticker for windshield after I asked about no sticker. Lasted a week before sun faded it
Went to use washer fluid. Empty
Truck was finished but no body told me until I noticed it sitting outside

Went to go get an oil change and tire…

Went to go get an oil change and tire rotation which was suppose to be free. They changed my oil in which I always go to Mavis in Clemmons to get my oil change. Looks like it’s new ppl every time I go. Never had any problem with them until I went April 26 and of course it’s a new manager working by the name of Ryan. I guess they was trying to rotate my tires and obviously couldn’t get one of the lug nuts off my front passenger side. So Ryan the manager came up to me and said that they couldn’t get one of my lug nuts off and that they might have swelled. In which he didn’t really explain that must too me. He mentioned to me that I will have to replace all of the lug nuts. So I asked him what caused it because I never heard of a such thing( just a concerned customer) I asked him why do I have to change all of them instead of just the one because no one has ever told me that before and they are always the ones who do my oil change and tire rotation. He act as though I was getting on his last nerve because I being a concerned customer wanting to know more info about money I had to spend. Then asked him how will the lug nuts cost he mention to $3 or $8. So I said which one is it $3 or $8? He said it depends on the vehicle if it big or not I said my car is not big so will it be $3 or $8. Then he finally said $3 as he got very short with me all over me being a concerned customer. Then he mentioned to me that he will order the lug nuts and they should be in the next day which would’ve been April 27th on a Wednesday then he said I’ll be off Wednesday the 27th I’ll return to work April 28th which was a Thursday. I said ok he said to me that he will give me a call to let me know when to bring my car back there so they can change my lug nuts and rotate my tires that came with the oil change. So I waited all day April 28th not one time did he call me to bring my car back there so they can change my lug nuts or rotate my tires. I had to take my car somewhere else to have that done. I feel as though he was very unprofessional when it came to explaining and finishing my car as I paid for him and his crew to do. Again never had experience like this until he came aboard!!! He need to be more professional and learn to have patience when it comes to explaining things to customers that don’t have a lot of knowledge about lug nuts. He a very poor attitude as I was asking question about my car that I have to pay him and his crew for to fix my car!!!
