Taking advantage of women

My mother-in-law went to get her tires rotated and they brought her in to show her a place where a tack was in her tire, they advised they couldnt fix it due to it being in the sidewall, you will see in picture included in this review tack was not in sidewall. After father-in-law got word of this knowing tire wasnt leaking when she went for tire rotation he told her to bring tire back home. He seen the tack wasnt protruding through the tire so he tried to get them to put his old tire back on and show him the leak and they refused saying they didnt have a squirt botlle to check the tire or able to use the dip tank. How do you operate a tire store if you cant check for a leak and why you trying to take advantage of women by telling them they need a new tire because of nail in sidewall when not in sidewall and not leaking, this tire they replaced have 5,000 miles on it, This will not allow me toleave picture of tire.

DO NOT TRUST THEM

Do NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.!! They will damage your car and then attempt to charge you to REPAIR the damage THEY CAUSED. When you ask to speak with management they are all the manager.
