I had to wait about 2 hours just to get the tires rotated
I asked for wheel alignment
They said It didn’t need it
But now I realize that I need a wheel alignment.

I had a car appointment today at 12pm. My car was ready at 4:30pm. I made 2 phone calls. Car was not ready. Last week I spent 1,000.00
Today 243.00 for sensors. My gas tank door cannot close I told Christan he said he would take care of . When I arrived it was not fixed. I drove home and couldn't see my tire pressure I only paid 243.00 for TPMS. My husband and have been going to Mavis 20 years. Sad we miss Gary the old mgr.. Very unhappy. My husband also spent 1,000.00 on his car in August. Very unhappy with the lousy customer service and the attitudes I received.
We will tell everyone where we live
about our horrible experience.

I had a bad flat, my budget at this particular time would not allow a fancy new tire. Malik worked out a great deal for me knowing I couldn’t walk out with my spare. His customer service was superb. Really worked with me as a customer with an individual problem not as a guy trying to make a deal. Just good old fashion service. He’s very professional and helpful. I’d recommend this site due to my experience with Malik.

I would give a zero rating if I could.
I went there for a state inspection and was told the wipers needed to be replaced (even though they were just replaced 3 months ago) and the back shocks were pouring oil.
I was told my car was a safety hazard. They agreed to pretend they never saw the car, because I was skeptical I brought my car to a different mechanic to check it and run the inspection. The car passed with flying colors
I spoke with another person who brought their car to this location for an inspection recently and they were told the exact same two issues were wrong with their car.

A place that will scam you for a bill.

Alwas great service from Mavis Discount Tire in Cortlandt Manor, NY. Rob and Craig are easy to deal with.

The service advisor told me I needed new wipers to pass inspection. I knew the wipers were fine and within their warranty period. When I asked the technician to show me what was wrong with the wipers he was unable to show me anything wrong, and came back with a quasi-reply, they looked a little streaky. On an inspection, the service people try and up-sell parts that have nothing wrong with them.

Friendly and professional service. I have used this location for almost a decade. They are always great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a sudden flat Sunday morning. Went to Mavis where Brandon was very helpful in not only fixing the problem, but finding the key that unlocked the tire. I appreciated him looking around looking for the Key.
Thanks to him my car was fixed and I was very satisfied to find someone like him working at Mavis.

Great service. Fast and easy process. In and out in a relatively short time.
