Went to mavis tire today because something was wrong with my car.my husband not sure what it was and went inside to get someone. He came out with a very pleasant man named Scott who listened to the car and explained to my husband that he could diagnose in a short amount of time. It turned out we need a new coil pack and Scott had new packs installed and my car runs great now. Scott was genuinely kind warm and sincere my husband and I were very pleased and will definitely return if we need anything else. Its very hard to find knowledgeable and friendly people in service industries anymore thank you

Granddaughter needed her car repaired to go out of town and even though pretty significant repair it was completed in one day.

Cracked part replaced, oil leak origin found
They made sure they replaced a part that cracked during the oil change process and went the extra mile to determine where an oil leak was coming from. Great to work with!

They accommodated me and the time I wanted to come. It was busy and I still got out at a good time. I like Jeff, the service manager that I usually deal with when I make my appointments. He is very personable, and he keeps me informed.

Not white glove service
This is my second experience with Mavis tire. Tire price match was simple and hassle free. Service was good. Don’t expect white glove service. Premium wheels on both my cars were covered in black grease. I assume this was tire mounting goo of some kind. A bit difficult to remove.
