I've used Mavis" services several times and every experience has been excellent. I had a slow leak on a tire - they removed and reinstalled the tire onto the rim and sealed it so it won't leak any more. Surprisingly, they didn't charge me anything for the work! I'm amazed. These folks deserve the 5 point rating that everyone has given them. I highly recommend them.

Horrible!!!
I had a service done on 08/19/22.
It took them more that 3 hours to change four tires with all bays practically empty for entire duration of the service.
Initially, they claimed that all needed tires are in stock. In reality, as I learned later, they had only three tires.
In about two hours, after my inquiry they told me that they practically done. After another 40 minutes and after another question they told me that one tire was not there and will arrive soon.
Finally they got the missing tire, installed it and informed me that everything is done.
During the initial communication I asked also for the wheel alignment and I had to remind them about it. They simply forgot to do it.
Finally, after more than 3 hours I was able to depart that place. No apologies were issued.
I will never come back!!!
