Came in for a screw on my rear driver side tire. The front staff was very helpful and friendly came in and out in 30 min. Also very knowledgeable about what they were performing to my car and were also including a free inspection on breaks etc.

Yes, hire more people like Leslie (manager)!!
I felt welcomed when I came to Mavis. I was not uncomfortable, and that's a big thing with me. Leslie had my back the whole time, assured me that she would make it happen and that made it 20-times easier. Also, I never thought I'd receive such help that she gave me.
However, I would recommend Mavis definitely because of the way they handled their business and the way that they showed that they cared and made things possible. It wasn't just a job, it wasn't just business nor wasted time...
Lastly, Omar and especially Leslie, were honest, great hospitality and kept it real every step of the repair & buying process.
In conclusion, the time waiting for my car to be repaired was well worth the wait and I have a Cadillac. Other shops are hesitant with certain repairs of my car, Leslie was very professional and explained each step of the repairs that was needed. It very hard to find a decent and honest mechanic, finally found mine at Mavis. I'm definitely going to refer other to this particular Mavis and hopefully Leslie will be working on those particular days. High kudos for Leslie and thank you for the services.Baker's Mall
