Worst repair shop in the area
Called to make an appointment 8 am. Arrived no one there till 10 minutes after 8 am (store opens at 8). They finally opened the door. This Henry was what looks like in charge or some manager. Car (Toyota) needed allignment . The mechanics looked at it and said they can't do it becauss of this and that! So I said give me an estimate . Estimate was almost $ 3000. I asked this Henry if we can do the necessary repairs 1 at a time in order to afford it. he did not want to negotiate and kept being aggressive and rude. Called and asked again ..same respomse. Found out later that most of their estimated repairs were bogus and did not need them. They also charged me for looking at car which never happened in other shops in case alligment can't be made for some reason. They assumend I knew about issues in the suspension. Bunch of liars and scammers. They should fire few people from there including this Henry for sure. Will never take any of our cars (4 of them). Family , neighbours and friends are aware of this store already. Went to another store in College park and the treatment was totally fine and there they did not charge me till i fixed the issues. This is how you gain customers not loose them. Not done yet will expose them with all means available.
