Like family, wouldn't go anywhere else
First of all, I love going to Mavis at this location where Israel is the manager. I feel welcome every time and I even feel a tiny bit special. That goes a long way when you are trying to figure out where to take your car. My car? I love it, the first car I have ever truly loved and I trust Israel and his crew to take good care of her. My car is a 2022 Lexus and I drive her hard. She is 14 months old and already has 38,000 miles on her. We are an athletic family and we travel great distances to compete. Knowing I can trust Israel with my car so I can safely drive to and from all of these locations makes a huge difference. We joked about what it takes to be a Lexus dealership and how much focus Lexus puts on customer service. If their people evaluated Israel and Jake and the new guy Cole is doing great already as well, they'd accept them in a heartbeat. Thanks to them for making care maintenance such a pleasure! I have been going there for almost two years now. I have always gotten great customs service. Thank you to Israel for always helping me and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't even go to Mavis. He knows his stuff and so far he never been wrong about any of his recommendation.
