I recently had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Jermaine. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured into unnecessary services, which I really appreciated.
Jermaine kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done efficiently and correctly. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but he made the entire experience stress-free.
Customer service like this really stands out. If you’re going to Mavis, I highly recommend asking for Jermaine—he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of.

I went in on my donut spare
I went in on my donut spare, and had a long trip ahead. They were able to check and patch my tire and get me back on my way very quickly, and didn't want to charge me anything! The service was quick, professional, polite, awesome! Best customer service I've had anywhere in many years. Definitely recommend them highly!
