Dianna was so helpful , she's very nice and explains things very well. I had to bring my granddaughter's car in and this was the place I chose since I bring all my cars here. We are very happy with their service.

Mavis provided fast and honest service. They completed the work in a professional manner and the service manager was very courteous.

Made an online appointment for today, and I was contacted by Drew from my local Mavis on Macklen Rd in Myrtle Beach. When I arrived Drew immediately acknowledged me and got my service wrote up. He was polite and thorough with upfront pricing and no pushy up sales. I'm a regular and this is why I keep going back for all my auto needs. I did not get the fellas name who worked on my wife's car, but he was quick and thorough. I had several maintenance service and ALL done correctly. Keep up the good customer service!

I brought my vehicle into the Macklin Rd Myrtle Beach location for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. During the service the manager, Richard, strongly recommended I replace the rear brake pads and rotors since it was showing 90% wear. I let him know that I would bring it in the following week when I had more time. Once I was home I was able to compare the rear brake pad wear % from the previous year's service at the same location. I was shocked to see my rear brake pads went from 30% worn to 90% worn in one year with only putting 1,500 miles on the vehicle. I then scheduled a service appointment with a local mechanic for a vehicle inspection. Their findings were that no brake work was needed. I was shocked. I have had very good experiences with Mavis in the past (i.e. oil changes, new tires, etc) but this one bad experience has wiped out all prior good experiences. Needless to say that I can no longer trust or have any confidence in Mavis Tire and will not be using them for any work in the future.

Excellent honest mechanic and great customer service! I’m new to the area , was nervous about my 2011 Honda CRV making a loud grinding noise . I originally made an appt for following day but they knew I was nervous and I was able to bring it same day . The mechanic explained everything to me and literally showed me on my vehicle what was wrong . Highly recommend this location.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will look for coupons to help out with the charges. They do a great job and keep their appointments and value my time. Stephanie is knowledgeable and very personable. She is a great person to greet customers and make them feel welcome.

You can buy a tire at a lot of places. But, how many are actually friendly, quick, honest, and affordable? I use this store a lot for my business vehicles. These guys are excellent EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I have used this particular location for 8 years. The work is professional and completed in a timely manner. They don't try to upcharge and sell unnecessary services. And their rates are fair. I have never had a negative experience.

This was the second time I brought my car in for the same reason. My rear passenger tire was really low. I brought it in to be looked at. It was a chillier day than normal. I was told it was low due to the cold temps and he put some air in it. A week later it happened to my car again, but only on that tire. I put air in it. Then it happened again. I made and appointment and insisted it be looked at. There were 2 nails in the tire. I also have a weird noise in my car when it gets up towards 60+ MPH. Like i grinding/whizzing noise. I left my car there for a week to get looked at. The man with the pony tail (i don't know his name) seemed annoyed they couldn't replicate the noise. I don't know if in the week that they had it if they took it out on the highway to see if it makes the noise ( another person from there when I complained about this earlier told me it was my wheel bearings and when it got worse to bring it in. It was only making the noise when I was going 70+ at that time). It was making the noise last night so I recorded it. I had the man with the pony tail listen to it and he said he didn't know what it was, but he would have another man listen to it. I was called that my tire was done, paid for it and no one else came to listen to the noise I recorded. I will be VERY honest, ever since Shelly left this location it has gone down hill. I have been a Mavis customer for about 10 years. I will most likely be looking for a new Service Shop.....Bring Shelly back!!!
