Always get great service at the Turnersville NJ location- my wife & I have been very pleased for the past 7-8 years & we trust them & their work.

I had a tail light out and needed it fixed before I went to work. They fixed my tail light and did an oil change in 2 hours without me having an appointment. They are always friendly and honest. Great job. Thanks again.

Car was completed when I was told it would be done. Quick and efficient. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Awesome experience.

Tech was great. Quick and efficient. Never stopped moving. 30 minutes today to remove tire, find hole, patch, balance etc. also put spare back under truck.

On January 28 I took my daughter’s car to get a simple tire plug at the Greentree Rd. Sewell location Township. A few days later I noticed damage to her hood on the passenger side. I lifted the hood and noticed that somebody tried to bang out a large dent, and damaged the hood liner also. I contacted the store. Long story short, Ellis Harris, the regional manager, told me that they were having a “IT problem with the cameras” the day My daughter’s car was there. How convenient! Ellis Harris is absolutely no help. He is a dead-end, rude, and unprofessional. I have reached out to corporate. They have started a ticket, and are creating a paper trail.

Service as always is great. Miley is very accommodating.

Really friendly and helpful folks. Was easy to make an appointment. Didn't have to wait too long considering it was a Monday morning and they were busy.

Mavis was a great experience for me. It was my 1st time as a customer and Miley and Yvonne were a great help to guide me with great leadership to help me getting exactly what I needed done and back on the road safely. They helped find the reason for my main issues happening with my van that I was unaware of. I would highly recommend this place and will be a return customer! Sincerely Ken

In late May 2023 I had my oil changed at the Washington Township/Sewell NJ location along Egg Harbor Rd location. It was at that time that Miley informed me that her Tech stated that my front and back brake pads needed to be changed. Why? Because they depleted 80% and 70% respectively. In addition, Miley stated that Mavis changes rotors when they do a brake repair job. On June 9, 2023, I went to Pitman Auto Repair in Pitman, NJ, to have a second opinion. The Tech informed me that all 4 tires were removed and that I have at least 50% life left in the pads. In addition, I should not really need to change them for another 8k-10k miles. Miley and Mavis are liars trying to suck the financial life blood from any existing customer they can. Had I done the repair work at Mavis it would have cost well over $800. By the way, the same work for front and rear brake pads and front and rear rotors at Pitman Auto Repair would have been $340 per axle, which with tax is about $725. Please, steer yourselves away from Miley and Mavis Tire in Washington Township/Sewell, NJ. They are thieves, liars, and charlatans! Miley should be fired upon any coporate team member reviewing this!

This store is always clean . The people are very polite and knowledgeable . Moreover, they are very honest. I wanted the oil changed on my Cadillac and to have it checked because of the extremely cold weather . They were thorough and answered all my questions and did not suggest services that I did not need . A+

I had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was serviced in a timely and very professional manner. It quick and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with this location. I will return.

Max was extremely helpful and responsive. I woke up Monday morning with two cars each having a flat tire. I contacted him and he repaired both tires by noontime. I did not have and appointment and he took care of me immediately. Great service and courtesy. As senior citizen I truly appreciated the respect he extended to me!

Was here second time in 2 months for nail in tires. Jim is the best and the new kid in training was also professional and funny to boot! This place has customer service second to none! Will have all my car care business in future.
