Mavis Tire - Toms River Reviews 

When you are a single woman and need service you fear of getting taken advantage of. I have found the Mavis in Toms River to be professional and polite. I scheduled an oil change on the website easily without any issues. I was greeted when I walked in and sat comfortably in the large waiting area. The place was busy with all the bays and waiting room being full. Anthony the manager was the one that assisted with my checkout after my service was complete. He was very professional and super nice. He told mw I had a nice car and asked me how I liked it. Anthony had such a dynamic and engaging personality. He informed me of the free tire inspection and rotation and that everything looked good and asked if I had any questions. What outstanding customer service. He made me feel very comfortable and that I was more than just another customer. I just wanted to let Mavis know of what a great manager and team you have working at the Mavis in Toms River. I will recommend all of my friends to Mavis because they aren’t just for oil changes, that can assist with many car maintenance or repair and that they are honest and make you feel more then “just a customer”. Thank you Mavis for your star treatment!!

Made an Appointment on line at 1200pm on 4/12 for 200pm for 4 new Michelins. Was taken right in . Very professional staff, watched a lot of the customer interactions and all seemed very satisfied. Watched the young man installing my tires and he seemed to be very careful. Everyone was working at all times. Very attentive , knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. Kevin was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before doing any work on my car. The service was quick and the pricing was fair. I really appreciate their transparency and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car repairs.

The new management treats their employees like shit especially those with autism. from falsely demoting and sending home this person for asking a yes or no question. i had applied two weeks ago but withdrew my application because I myself also has autism and i will not be subjected to their hate or discrimination. i genuinely hope that the employee find a better more accepting job and shame on you for being so utterly shitty to this individual

Mavis has always taken good care of my vehicle and done a great job with repairs and service.

I had a very positive experience with Mavis in Toms River.
They were attentive and considerate. I see ZERO reason to go anywhere else for tires.
They were honest and did not try to sell a tire to me when it was clear that the flat could be patched (unlike the dealership that was priced over $70.00 more, per tire).

customer service was great. manager was competent and made good suggestions which led to fixing my problem. even though there was a 2 day malfunction at the store beyond his control, the manager was very helpful and the employees were friendly also.I always have a positive experience at Mavis. thank you agn, cliff valentine

Very efficient in finding a nail in my tire. Then fixed in immediately. I was there less than an hour.

Once again, Mavis really came through for me and my daughter. My kid waited until the last minute to get an oil change before a big trip, and we needed it done urgently. Lou was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us in. They were quick and efficient, and I was so relieved that my daughter’s car was taken care of before she hit the road. The staff was friendly, great experience.
