Drone is easy to fly right out of the box. Takes good pics.

Ordered alcohol wipes in late January, early February. $49. It is June 19, 2020, still have't received. Every time I email I get excuses about delayed shipping, etc.
Highly recommend to skip this company altogether. Terrible customer service and no product for my hard earned $49.
Stick to trusted sellers on Amazon, at least they will take care of issues like this.

I was near sighted when I was young. My sight was week and variable but I didn't wear glasses because I didn't feel uncomfortable without glasses before. However as I got older I needed glasses when I watched close objects. But recently I could see any close and far objects without glasses. So my near sighted is cured naturally as I got older.
As I'm a doctor and a pilot I have to keep my sight perfect. That's why I tried to perchace this product.

I purchased a drone today, and the service thus far was excellent. I will let you know how the product performs once received, but this far I'm very happy with the service and quick response from the customer service team.

Initial support/contact was great but then the tracking number provided was not found in DHL system and I began to think it might be a scam. The parcel turned up but much later than expected, however that could have been the Covid influence. Can't comment on product yet as gifts for others.

They arrived much faster than I expected, they are gifts so cannot respond as to clarity at this time.

Ordered March 25, 2020, still not received. Communication lacking, promises not delivered. Would not purchase from again.

I have seen these drones advertised for some time, so I thought they look excellent, I watched the video and thought, I would like one of these to fly, so I got three of them, build quality is amazing, and so compact I love these drones.
Highly recommended.
