SCAMMERS IT WAS ONLY $12 but still I ordered a shirt back in June and still haven’t gotten it. No matter how many emails I send I never get a answer and there is nowhere to cancel ur order. Going to the bank and police in the morning.

I purchased 2 no touch thermosense thermometers on 6/4/2020 for $334.99 AUD and STILL have NOT received my items despite many many emails! Auto response replies via email and no product received.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have had a website subscription taken out in my name yesterday for 50pounds, I didn't do this, so I have cancelled it at my bank.

I ordered a brushpro x from these people and it came broken and they kept promising me a refund and never got it and now the email for them is no longer good dont buy anything from them or you will probably be sorry

Do not buy anything from this company - they are 100% scammers!!! I've been scammed for over $130 plus return shipment costs and refund was never received. I don't know how these people sleep knowing that they have scammed a lot of people. Karma has a way of getting around.

I ordered masks at inflated prices back in March and have received nothing, it is almost November! Despite numerous communications, I have been fobbed off, they have the money and I have no masks!
This is a complete scam of a company, their last 'e' mail told me that they have stopped trading, but I checked the company list and there they are, still active. They also said that it was over 6 months since the order was placed, which meant I was not entitled to a refund. This is nonsense of course as I opened communications with them well within the 6 months they are quoting.
Whoever makes the decisions in this company is motivated by greed and I feel sorry for the employees that are 'hanging on' to a job' while knowing that company policy is to fleece as many people as possible, while the low brow owner fills his bank account.

Please don't buy any items from this Scam company Maxdeals.ltd / MDE Commerce Ltd.

They selling broken Items and when you ask them - Ava Summers about it they said they can only refund 25% but she also said she can refund 40%.

The next email I got back from Ava she said she can't refund me as the item is older than 6 months. I emailed them the 11th September and she only respond the 3 October. I bought the item the 19th March.

Please be warned and don't buy from this company.

I have reviewed this company before in May to highlight this issue as it applied then. I got a positive reply form them via Rudolfo. I followed his advice because like me he wanted the issues resolved quickly without any animosity from either parties. Basically I wanted a refund. After much too and fro with the company call centre (based in Finland I was told) It was agreed that a refund would be offered. I returned the items ( the bunny ear bra stickers) to China signed for as told to do. I have proof that the item was signed for in ZHONGSHAN That cost me £10.50. Here we are October and I am still waiting, I emailed support@maxdeals three weeks ago to question non refund and no response from them. They say you can call 24/7 have you tried? its always engaged. The other number quoted 356 743 8103 'cannot be connected'. Does anyone have any helpful advice as to how I can get my money back?

This "company" sucks big time! I bought something back in March. We are now in October and my purchase is nowhere to be seen. Several emails sent to "support" with no answer, no follow up on the shipment, nothing. NEVER buy anything from them!

Ordered Wonda bra in March this year. Product arrived with pretty much no adhesive despite their claims they are reusable and will last all day.

Sent them an email clearly outlining my issue and requesting a refund. It took them a month to reply and they asked me to explain. I did and they haven't replied. Matter still not resolved months later.

Absolutely disgraceful! Have sent further emails and nothing. Noticed they ask people who have complained about issues on here to contact them. Nice front but from my contact with them there's not much point as you'll be the only one having a conversation with yourself.

Buyer beware! Will never buy from them again. Would rather go without. Still it would be nice to get my refund. Even offered to send them back so they could check them out. Still nothing.

They have replied but are now denying my refund on the grounds that it is 6 months since I purchased. This is despite my request within days of receiving the product.

Noticed they reply now under HomeShop support so it is probably worth avoiding any company using this name too.

After a bad review here, Maxdeals answered that I should mail them, which I already did many times with no response regarding my problems with a shipment already payed but not delivered. After this answer I have mailed them again and again, no answer.. I can only recomend people to NOT have anything to do with this company. You will not be happy with them.

SCAM ALERT! I purchased 3 tech watches. 226 euros in December 2019 and never got them. I filed a dispute with PayPal but missed their email about escalating the case because I was moving and now they've closed the case and I lost my cash. DO NOT DO business with this company.

The Dron I ordered in January 2020 has not arrived for 7 months now.

They say they sent the product, but I can't believe it.

Currently, there is still a Corona problem, but all overseas shipments are arriving within 14 days.

It is not known whether the product was shipped or lost, and there is no loss for consumers.

If you really sent the product, your company will collect it and refund it to me.

I ordered Drones back in January this year... nothing arrived... after emails asking where it is - as the tracking had stopped... not that anything had moved anyway. I was then advised I would receive other items with my order for my patience & understanding... again... nothing has arrived and they no longer answer my emails. I have asked for a refund... again - NO answer. I am NOT happy with this company & the only reason that I give them 1 star as there is nothing to show ZERO for such a negative experience. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this company

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! They advertised in a reputable newspaper where I live saying that a wifi extender had been invented in my area and was available for sale. I ordered it in MARCH. It is now mid-August, and it has STILL NOT ARRIVED! I have been in touch with them since April saying I had not received the item and that I wanted a refund. I understood at that point that they had lied in their ad and were simply dropshipping some item from China (best case scenerio) nothing had been invented in my area and was on it's way to me! They were simply advertising and dropshipping from China. Although even that is questionable since I never received the item and they stopped responding- their site has been taken down. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL! I will be contacting the newspaper that advertised for them, and the better business bureau and whoever else I can to take action against these scammers. Stay far far away unless you just want to give your money away to thieves.

Useless drone that doesn't fly straight, sent from china where it sells for %20 of the price paid to this company. Awful customer service who wouldn't accept returns, fortunately PP refunded me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Expirience is actual very negative. Ordered a Wifi booster first in April. Never delivered anything and only replied once to explain that there were COVID issues but at the same time showed that since May the article was delivered in Belgium. But from Belgium to the Netherlands in 2 months seems impossible. They are no longer replying to update requests either.

Finally, after 4 months, the WiFi repeater was delivered. It's a pity you first have to write a negative review to get some action.
