I failed to send most of my fax so far, but probably that's my problem.Anyways, I will keep trying to see if it works the way as I expect.

Great product! to easily send & receive faxes from almost any where
Business Owner and I move around a bit to purchase inventory etc. With access to PC and the internet I can see my faxes online and even send faxes from my documents folder. Easy to use and cost effective

The service itself (send and receive FAXes via email) works very well. I had a little trouble finding on the website how to subscribe to the service I wanted, which was Lite, but customer service was very responsive and I had no problem after they sent me a link.

I opened at account with MaxEmail to send a one time international fax.
After my initial usage, I was impressed with the low cost for fax overall. The service is great, it make multiple retries automatically, and the report has all the details needed to follow up with the recipient. Everything is available online, which makes it convenient to access it on-the-go. I now use MaxEmail as my primary fax for incoming and outgoing fax.

The low cost for a year service for sending and receiving faxes was a reason I chose this service. I wish I had a local number but it was not worth the extra cost for me. Others may want the local number. The Chicago number works fine for what I needed it for. Sending is easy. Receiving is even easier.
I requested my fax number to ported. However, I will admit I put the incorrect number on the first LOA and corrected it to the correct
number to be ported however, they ported my fax and put in an order to disconnect my Main Number and when I found out only by accident what had happened my customer service person said he had nothing to do with it he had cancelled that order on January 8th. However, the disconnect notice was one number behind my fax number. He could give me nothing in writing and told me it was Verizon. He offered no assistance but finally after almost two weeks and a number of calls I have gotten my main number for my business back to normal without any help from MaxEmail. So I will really have to see if I made a mistake go with you or not. But I am giving you my opinion.

Maxemail is quick, efficient, reasonable and a life saver for me.
So far very easy to use and so convenient since I can use my iPhone and not need a landline at home for my printer fax anymore!!
For all the times I needed to send a fax your service has been ready and easy to use.

in the middle of a legal battle and have to represent myself. Faxing the opposing side is a BIG part of a case. So far the fax service has been dependable. Faxes are sent within less than 30 sec and my faxes are up to 25 pages! Very pleased!

I'm rating it 4 only b/c I had some problems receiving faxes at the beginning. I couldn't get my fax in the first 3 weeks due to my fault and I had typos on my email. After this problem was corrected, I still couldn't accept any faxes for the first day. I called the customer service guy, and he seemed stressed and rather not deal w/ me. I felt like I was too much of a hassle for the money. Then the next day, someone faxed me something and it came through and it worked ever since. I don't know why it didn't work for the few half a day or so. When it does work, it's pretty good. I'm happy now.
I have a been a MaxEmail user for several years. My account was closed in January 2014 because I didn't receive a renewal notice. The reason I didn't receive the renewal notice was because the renewal email went to an email account that was no longer being used. I have recently renewed my MaxEmail, but couldn't obtain my old number since it had been re-issued. However, that is OK because the service is worth keeping.
