Returning to a great service
I had previously had a Maxemail account, and had to leave that fax number with a previous business. When I found that I had a need for my own fax number, Maxemail was the obvious choice. The interface is so easy to use, and fits my needs perfectly.

Easy to use
I was able to send a fax as soon as I finished completing my account setup. It was easy to figure out, though I wonder if it is possible to send faxes directly from email rather than having to sign in. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

So far, as I have only used this service for a short time, I have no complaints. Found it to be faster and simler to opereate.
I only thing I haven't quit figure out is why it showing that 2 set of faxes are sent out. Maybe, I am clicking the address option as well as typing in the fax number.

Thanks for your review! I'm sorry you haven't had a 5-star experience with us. If you're sending from the web, you do not need to add the fax number in the "Send Fax To" area if you've already added the fax number from your address book.

PDF, need I say more?
Although as a Realtor I sometimes have had to fax over 100 pages at a time (limit here is 99), on a normal basis MaxEmail does everything i need it to - it's convenient for people to send me messages and i don't have to scan them to send them on or keep a record of them - they are already in PDF format! Thanks, MaxEmail!

Thanks for your review! I just wanted to let you know that we do have a full featured free iPhone app available in the App Store (it's called MaxEmail Fax), and our free Android app should be released before the end of the year.
Also, we designed our service so that you wouldn't have to download and install any special software on your computer. Faxes are received as PDF files that you can view in any PDF viewer. To send faxes, you can use your email client or log in to your account on the website to upload documents securely and fax them out.

Not always the same price.
I tried to get my maxemail for 6 months and it was $24.00. and when I did it again it came to 19.95 not a 6 month pay. Very confusing.

I'm pretty new to the service; but, what I've seen so far, I like very much.
The service seems to be very intuitive and easy to use. I haven't had any complaints thus far. As I said, I'm new to the service and don't have a great deal of experience; but, what I've had has been very good.

Smooth Transition
Very good communication during transition from customer service agent. Slow to finalize from old carrier to new. Said it was due to the company that they work with to port numbers over. . Went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of.
So far, very smooth and I'm receiving my faxes and able to send with no issues.

Hi John,
Thanks for your review! This issue can be taken care of by changing your scan settings to black & white instead of color or grayscale. Scanning in color or grayscale will produce a slight gray background in your document instead of clean white. There is no color or grayscale in fax, so when your document gets faxed, the gray background becomes darker.
