Maxer provide support that's way above what I have ever experienced before from other hosting companies. I have used hosting companies for more than 15 years and none of them have come even remotely close to the incredible support provided by Maxer hosting. They really go out of their way and take the time to fully work through issues, (not of their making). To say that I am grateful to them is an understatement. Time after time they have been there for me, no matter how much I have messed things up. Switch to Maxer, you will not be left high and dry thanks to their very helpful, very fast and very thorough support.

I've been hosting client websites with maxer (formerly spiralhosting) for many years now. I've used other webhosts but they don't come close to the level of support that maxer provides. They always go the extra mile and unlike some firms I've experienced, they put their best people into support, not newbies reading from a script or giving pfo answers. They also take great care of their servers and mail servers keeping those shared webhosting neighbourhoods clean. They are polite, honest and hard-working. Overall the best webhost I've ever dealt with.

I have been with Maxer (previously known as SpiralHosting) since 2013.
