Maxfort installed a new bathroom and kitchen for me.
I have had a snagging report done and this is from the report - yet the workmanship is simply not up to standard. Every renovation comes with its challenges, and overcoming them is part of the process. However, the journey should not end with so many issues stemming from poor workmanship, a lack of attention to detail, and substandard tradespeople. I carefully weighed up the pros and cons of repairing and making good the bathroom. Unfortunately, I have reached the conclusion that, in order to achieve a proper finish, sections will need to be removed and reinstalled correctly—without leaks and with improved attention to detail. I also considered the option of stripping everything out and starting again. Given the leaks and the damage they have caused, I am inclined towards this approach. Fingers crossed, no serious structural damage has occurred, but realistically, the cupboard will likely need to be removed, dried out, and replaced if the worstcase scenario unfolds.
