We’re sorry for your disappointment. A tire can still be considered new when it has been properly stored, and the DOT is only indicated on our site when it is over 36 months old.
If the tire you received is over 36 months old and this was not mentioned on the product page, please open a ticket with our service after-sales via your customer account so our team can review your case and provide an appropriate solution quickly.
They are absolutely not…
They are absolutely not customer-oriented. They don't respond to emails, and they record customer information incorrectly. I can only say negative things about them.
