I ordered the tires in the last moment before my trip to Románia. The delivery time took 48 hours so after the tires were fitted to the car I began my trip. The tires handled the hot asphalt very well. So I am very satisfied with them.

"I purchased 4 tires from Maxigumi. The order took 10 days to arrive. All of the tires are nearly 3 years old, and on top of that, 2 of them arrived with severe manufacturing defects, making them completely unusable.
What followed after this was a absolute nightmare. They do not operate a proper customer service. They don't reply to emails or WhatsApp messages.
I was only able to open a support ticket. There are no live agents available. For a while, they communicated using chatbot-like template messages. They requested all kinds of photos and filled-out documents, which we sent back in full. Since then, there has been no meaningful communication. Despite the website appearing Hungarian when placing the order, the company is actually based outside the European Union. They clearly have no intention of helping and are just wasting time unnecessarily in a completely straightforward case.
You should never buy anything from this company!"

Regarding the tire age, the DOT is indicated on the site when it exceeds 36 months. If the information displayed on the site was not respected, or if the tires are found to be non-conforming after verification, the service après-vente team will provide the appropriate solution.
We also confirm that our site complies with the consumer protection rules applicable in each country where we operate.

NEVER BUY FROM MAXIGUMI.HU / AD TYRES! Complete lack of customer service and total disrespect for consumer rights!
I purchased a set of tires for over 230,000 HUF from maxigumi.hu (operated by AD TYRES INTERNATIONAL SLU). Right after installation, it turned out that one of the tires had a severe, dangerous FACTORY DEFECT (radial force variation / structural defect, causing the car to shake heavily).
An official, independent specialized service center (Marso) inspected the tire and issued a signed, stamped, bilingual expert report confirming the manufacturing defect. I immediately forwarded this to the webshop. Since my car was unusable and unsafe due to their defective product, I had to buy another replacement tire on the spot out of my own pocket and demanded a full refund from Maxigumi as per EU consumer laws.
What followed is the definition of a nightmare customer experience:
1. Weeks of intentional time-wasting and bureaucratic delays.
2. A completely unreachable, rigid support team using automated, AI-like templates, pushing all responsibility onto the manufacturer instead of resolving the issue with their own customer.
3. Total incompetence—they were even unable to fix a simple typo in a zip code within their system, forcing the customer to argue with a wall.
Since they completely ignored my final deadline to send a courier and issue a refund, I have officially filed a complaint against them with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for international legal enforcement.
This company is only nice until they get your money. If you receive a defective, dangerous product, they will completely abandon you. Save your money, your time, and your nerves: AVOID MAXIGUMI.HU AND AD TYRES AT ALL COSTS!

The delivery time was really really long. Almost a month, I needed to write an email to the customer service what is going on, why i still don’t get my product.
But after that email, I received quickly the product and a customer service was really nice,helpfull and quick.
