Everything went well
Delivery was exactly one week, not bad, not the fastest. Tires are good, manufactured only 10 weeks ago, brand new. Prices were excellent.
One thing that I didn't like, I got a notification about the delivery after they actually shipped it. It was a luck that I was home.

You shipped an openned/not factory…
You shipped an openned/not factory packedged Metzle Karook front. I refused. But i am still waiting you to refund the price, you tell me that u need to wait but tge tyre is sitting ad GLS. GLS is not my partner, it us your partner, why the refund depends on some 3rd party, i have refused it, pls return the price. Additionally, you charge me some 12000HUF but i refused it for quality reason, i do not wish to pay for tyrealready opened by someone.

As you have already contacted us, we will prioritize your claim internally so our team can quickly check the refused shipment, the GLS return status, and the 12,000 HUF charge you mention.
If the tyre was received in a condition that appeared already opened and you refused it for this quality reason, this must of course be reviewed carefully. Even when a parcel is refused, our backoffice generally still needs the carrier’s return confirmation in the logistics system before validating the next step on the file. We understand this is frustrating, especially since you already refused delivery.
Your case will be checked as a priority with the service after-sales team so they can verify the return and assess the related charges.

Do not order from this site
Do not order from this site, they provide the worst service. I did not receive an invoice for the order. I received the tires, but I waited 2 weeks for them, even though they said they were in stock. They packed the tires in such a way that the damage was not visible. The tire service informed me that the tire was damaged and therefore they could not install it. My complaint was rejected, citing that I tried to install the tires. Despite the fact that the tire service also confirmed that the tires were not installed and were damaged, the customer service refused to settle the complaint. The style of the response letters was also very rude.

I bought tires for a van, this was our third purchase. Instead of the tire type I chose, they recommended a similar quality but much more affordable type. I ordered these. I received good quality tires manufactured in 2026, I am satisfied.
