Quick claim

This is the first claim I have ever filed. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was easy to provide the information to the adjuster and I received the insurance payout much faster than expected. I was very happy with the service and communication.

Best experience that I never wanted to have. 2 thumbs

Insurance claims are never something people enjoy. That being said, my experience was the best you could get in the circumstances. Professional and attentive and straight forward.

Honest, Professional, and Fast Service

overall experience was good need some more clarification n follow up for beginning of process

the first few days that we submitted the claim was not good but afterwards our insurance adjuster Nathan was super helpful and nice. although at beginning was confused if we are covered or not which caused that I spent some from pocket. specially when restorative person wanted to bring some DU n insurance said it is not covered, we thought we don’t have coverage. little was confused.

Hail Damage…

Processing time for me was a bit slow but overall repairs were done pretty quick. Estimation and sourcing a contractor was not very long after claim was filed..

Not happy all around

Not happy all around. Firstly cannot communicate with them, not even via email. Has to be all done through your broker. My biggest issue is all my payments were on time. Once due to a glitch the payment missed, as soon as I was notified I corrected it. Paid the rest of the year that was left. They then cancelled my policy unless I paid the year in full and even said due to non payment. The worst company I have ever used in my thirty years. Do not use!
