This is a big scam, I ordered camp chairs, and have not received them since Sept. I HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND ARE SEEING THE SAME THING. Im not sure how they can still be in business. Charlotte Nina Morris .

Ordered a couple of "luxury camping chairs".
Got a POS mini folding stool.
ZERO communication!
Filed a claim with BBB (wish I had gone there first..plenty of bad joo joo about these jerks).

Ordered on March 29, 2020 and I have not received my painting along with several people. In November 2020 they did acknowledge that it never left China and they were going to replace it for me. Verified my address. A month later I asked for tracking number and order number in case it was new. Now it is April 2021 (6 months later) still have received replacement. Numerous emails. Last I received was in December telling me that tracking number was not available for another 4 weeks.

I ordered 3 paint by number kits on March 28, 2020. I still haven't received them and don't think I ever will. The first response i received i was told they were on the way, slow due to Covid. The second response I was told they were still in China(!). The third response said they were in transit. By now this is at least August, 2020. That stopped responding to me at all after that. I think this company is a scam and advise people NOT to order from this company. You wouldn't believe how many emails I get from them-at least 3 per week-trying to sell me more non-existent products. Scammers. Buy American is one piece of advice.

Ahhhhh, my life has returned to normal now that I no longer have dealings with Maxnovelty. My experience with Max and his pirates now occupies a liminal space in my mind. Life is now so sweet.

If I could give 0 I would. 12 months later and nothing..no refund despite being escalated 50 times!

I ordered a painting on the 10th April 2020. I am still waiting despite e mailing them. Do not order anything from this company as it is a sham. They will take your money but not fulfill an order

I ordered a painting. I never got it. I literally had to send an email to the company. 20 times every day for a week... I kid you not...before I got a reply. They said they couldn’t refund my money until I refused the order...duh. So finally I wrote a lousy review and they contacted me to make it right. They said they would refund my money. But, stupid me, I said I would rather have the painting. I got the painting only it wasn’t what I ordered. Now they won’t answer me again. Don’t waste your time and money with these people!

Don't order from this company! item never arrived and just got sent worthless tracking information. They sent me an email stating it had been delivered but nothing came. No sign of a refund or replacment. No complaints procedure. A total scam. This company needs investigating.

After more than 10 months, I still haven't received my order. Customer service doesn't reply to emails or on Facebook.
Seems that I just lost my money.

I ordered some items in March 2020. And I understand we were in first wave of the pandemic, but we are now in February 2021 and i still have not received a fund or the goods.

A total Scam! Do not buy from this company! Quick to take your money but you never get a product! No response to emails! DO NOT BUY!

Still waiting on anything from company. I ordered back in May. Emailed in September and November. Did get a response telling me to be patient due to the pandemic. I could have painted the Sisteen Chapel by now! But of course they charged me 50.00.

It has taken 9 months for me to receive my order! After many emails and broken promises of refunds, parcels sent and so on I have finally received a pretty ordinary product. I would not advise anyone to deal with this unscrupulous company.

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money, never send the goods and then don't reply to any emails.

Don't buy from them. I purchased a painting set on March 31st and still haven't received it. It is now December 1st. I contacted them several times, one time the responded and told me they were just delayed and sent me the tracking number. To this day the tracking number isn't recognized by the tracking website. A complete scam, don't give them your money. This company has the worst customer service and won't even send you the products you purchased.

It took me 4 months to get my paint by number. I started painting and realized I was missing several colors. I contacted them through email and they said they would send the colors. It has been several months and they never arrived. Don’t buy from them unless you are looking to get ripped off.

Ordered kit and extra brushes from UK for delivery to Australia. Delivered on time and recipient - who had told me about the website - was pleased

SCAM. Do not purchase. You will not receive anything and they will not respond to you.

Ordered April 6th. I have asked for a refund several times. Nothing. It is now November 21st. All I want is my money back. I wanted to try this and thought it would be fun during COVID-19.
