HOrdered an item four months ago and still hasn't arrived. When I emailed to ask where it was they just send a tracking link which the tracking company doesn't recognise. Have asked for a full refund but not heard from them again.

I ordered paint by numbers kits in March 2020. They turned up yesterday (Sept 2020). I am assuming that the whole COVID situation and probably an overwhelming number of orders has cause major issues in their supply chains and postage so if you have ordered don't give up hope just yet. The kit itself is quite good. The canvas is thick and the lines well delineated. Paints go on well and colours are true to the pics. Three paintbrushes supplied are also a good quality. I also received the images I ordered so other than a delay the order was filled. I would order again if I could be sure I wouldn't need to wait 6 months for arrival.....

Complete scam, I paid $50 for a paint by numbers kit In March 2020 and have never received it. Every time I email them I get a reply which is EXACTLY the same with an excuse about Covid and a fake shipping number that doesn’t exist. Have asked for a refund but no response to that request. Should be banned from Facebook ads.

Just so you know there's a glimmer of hope, I ordered on 12 April and finally received my painting today 2 Sept. I'm in South Australia and the package said it was shipped from NSW. I sent one email a month asking where it was and got one reply in June advising there were delays.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Ordered, paid, received nothing. Fighting for my money back

I ordered a paint by number kit in April and still haven't received it! I didn't get any answer to my emails either. Don't attempt to buy anything from there, you'll only get disappointed.

I ordered a paint by number on April 11th and never received it. I knew from other comments in the Facebook group the company provided the link for, that they were running behind due to COVID. About a month later, I started emailing to get an update, I had not received any shipping information. After a few weeks of my emails not getting a response, I alerted my credit card company. The next business day Max Novelty emailed to tell me they had converted their ticket system and apologized for the delay. A shipping number was received finally on June 8th. At this point I had received a refund through my credit card company, so I disregarded it.

This company is a scam, would never buy from them again.

I am still waiting for my order (Painting set) to arrive. More than four months already. I regret I didn’t check the reviews. Don’t order from them again. It is a scam!

I ordered a paint by number kit from Max novelty on April 14... and received it on August 26. The quality of the product is good, the paint and brush set is great, and I'm happy with all of that. But four months for shipping is unconscionable. There seem to be better places on Amazon that offer better customer service and have negative reviews visible on the site, and I would recommend going through one of those.

Still waiting almost 4 months for the products I ordered from Max novelty. Does anyone know what steps can be taken to report them and get a refund?
I’m disgusted with them and regret ever placing an order with them.

Also ordered a paint by numbers all paid for 9th April 2020 have emailed them multiple times have never had a reply my order has not arrived and now it's the 29th of August.
They keep emailing me their promotions... I am very disappointed.

I wish I had checked out your reviews first!!! I ordered 2x paint by numbers at start of ISO for me and my daughter and was very excited to receive them. Well that was early February and still don't have anything. I have emailed at least 5 times since and no response!!!! I can't believe how they can still operate. Shame on you Max Novelty!!!!

I totally forgot that I ordered this. I ordered one paint by numbers in April and just got it today. In April I read this website after I ordered, so I thought I lost $20.

I ordered my paint by number March 2020. It took three emails and 5 months to arrive. I had given up on them when suddenly the painting arrived 2 days ago. Shocking. Don't use any Chinese companies, ever!

I ordered two paint-by-number on April 23,2020 and I still have not received these and it is August 26!!!! I have emailed company 3 times with no response!!!!

I ordered a paint by number of a vase of sunflowers in early April. I finally received my paint by number at the end of August, however it is not the one I ordered.

Just like many others leaving reviews, I ordered paint-by-numbers back in April and still have not received them (now end of August).

COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY -- do not trust them! There are plenty of other paint-by-number companies to purchase from that won't just steal your money and lie to you.

I would not even give them one star but wanted to add to the bad reviews.

have heard nothing from the company nor received my order. I can’t count the emails sent requesting a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MAX NOVELTY!!!

I placed an ordered back in June and still haven't received it. I would like to get my chairs that I ordered and paid for.

Terrible company. I ordered from them months ago and haven't received anything. They ignore email requests and refuse to refund my account. Don't waste your time or money on this terrible company.
