If I could rate zero, I would.
Ordered paint by numbers in April 2020 and received only excuses for 4 months. Still nothing received.
They have taken money though.

Well it seems like there are a lot of very unhappy people out there who feel the same way I do. Max Novelty scammed me too, $100's of A$ later still no painting's! I don't trust any of the companies that advertise on Facebook now! I also believe that Facebook should scrutinise the "companies" that do advertise merchandise, it's not fair to people who spend loads of money and get nothing!! Max Novelty is crap!!!

I’ve had the same experience as others. Ordered over 3 months ago and still haven’t received my kit. I’ve emailed multiple times and have gotten 2 canned responses that there are shipping delays and they can only issue refunds within 24 hrs of shipping. Complete rip off.

As everyone else has described here, this company is a scam. Ordered pictures in April, here 4 months later I still have not received anything. Unfortunately for me, I paid for them. Saw the advertisement on Facebook and it was represented as a legitimate company. After so many issues and scam reports, you would think Facebook would pay more attention to censoring their advertisers.

Do not buy anything from them!! I made an order over 3 months ago and NOTHING!!! They do not response to emails or enquires. It’s a scam!!!

I ordered the product in April and paid for it by credit card. It has never arrived and I never got a promised email with the order number. Don't purchase from them. No replies to my emails.

Max Novelty is a rip off. It has been four months and my paintings have not arrived. The tracker they sent does not work. They refuse to give a refund because the items are "in transit". Do not order from this company.

I ordered $119.70 worth of DIY painting on 4/3/2020. No order number given. I have sent multiple emails, responding once with Covid19 excuse otherwise has not responded to the last 3-4 emails. Seems this is the way this company works. Dont waste your time and money if you want them this year.

I ordered a paint by number kit in February 2020. I wanted something to keep me busy during the COVID-19 EPIDEMIC. IT IS NOW ALMOST AUGUST 2020, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. Maxnovelty took my money out of my account IMMEDIATELY, AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT. IF THEY COULD NOT DELIVER, WHY DIDN'T MAXNOVELTY SEND ME A REFUND??? So disappointed in this company.

Do Not order from this company. I ordered back in March, wanting a mothers day gift Today July 23rd and still have not received order. I ordered two and they charged me right away. I have emailed them in April,May,June and July and got 1 response. I finally received a response early July, Said they are very sorry COVID hold up ,Tracking shows my order is still in transit and they can’t refund me because the items shipped already. REALLY?? I have told them that I will keep flooding them with an email everyday until I get a refund or my order, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, lets put this RIP OFF company to shame on social media.

This is the worst company! Have ordered in March and until now no replay, no feed back, nothing. Big scam - shut this place down. Scammers!

Scam..Someone has to stop this company. Ordered in April and never received my product. They were quick to take my money

I too ordered ages ago and got nothing. The replies to my complains were answered with form letters so I finally disputed the charge on my credit card and got a refund.
Then it arrived in the mail in early July. Lousy customer service but not a bad product.

Like many others I ordered my painting in March. Being a patient person, I didn't panic when it didn't arrive after a month (COVID Pandemic and all). A few weeks later I emailed Max Novelty and got a kind reply about COVID delays plus an apology. In June it still hadn't arrived so I emailed again. Another kind reply WITH tracking instructions. Early July my order arrived! My husband says I have the patience of a saint. These are some strange times right now. Cut them some slack. Would I order again, probably not because while I am patient, I don't enjoy waiting for a purchase.

My experience is like everyone else's: do not order from these thieves. I placed an order the first week in April, and nearly 4 months later I am still waiting for my items. Customer service is non-existent. Zero stars. Shut these thieves down!

Charged for product and never received it. My experience is the same as everyone else here. They emailed me a tracking number that led to nothing. I just want my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! OrderEd in March & it’s almost August. Negative experience and loss of money.

Scam!!! Same as everyone on here. Ordered product 4/23/2020 and never received a tracking number, any info, and no product! So angry. Emailed numerous times. No response! Who can we contact to go after these crooks?
