My husbands spousal visa application was a bit unusual which caused the process to be a bit of a challenge and a concern for us. As I did not have the full 6 months payslips and corresponding bank statements per the financial requirement due to a glitch in the way I was paid over this period. We had submitted the application ourselves initially and received an email to submit additional documents within 10 days to the HO. We then decided it would perhaps be best to reach out to an immigration law expert, given the situation wasn’t straight forward. After calling around and speaking to several immigration solicitors, and not feeling much confidence from many of them we were still stuck. Eventually I came across Mayfair Immigration and after speaking to Mohsin, for the first time I felt like there was hope and this hurdle could be overcome. Mohsin explained the process to me in a clear, concise manner. His professional yet calm demeanour gave me the comfort and confidence I was looking for. I immediately paid the fees - which were also so reasonable - and on top of this he still gave me a discount. Within a week Mohsin checked and submitted all our documents to the HO. Within the next week we received the amazing news that my husbands visa had been approved! I can not tell you how grateful we are to Mohsin's for all his help. His quick responses to calls and emails and all the reassurance he provided us in a time of much stress and worry.

I decided to choose Mayfair immigration, due to the good reviews I seen online. I was NOT disappointed! My partner and I applied for the living spouse/ partnership visa. it was a tricky application and had many hoops to jump through.
