Really pleased with the service . Nick,Jamie and Ryan were very professional they fitted our front windows nicely and changed our front door.
They resolved any issue quickly and efficiently.

Rich and Dave did a brilliant job of doing 5 of my windows, very friendly guys and did a few skit good job! Very happy with the work they did! The whole process from quote to getting the windows fitted was very smooth and everyone knew exactly what they were talking about!

We had a new front door, with surrounding glass, a new back door and ten windows of various sizes installed.

I want to be honest, so people know what to expect.

The product is first class, and when installed looks great, however it has taken longer than expected due to an error in size on a couple of windows (which is not the installers fault), but meant a few return trips were required.

There have been pauses between the trips, which is a little frustrating, but I’d rather the job was done well than in a rush.

The important thing to mention is that when a problem occurred, there was not a frustrating argument or battle to have matters addressed. But an acceptance of the problem and a resolve to get the matter dealt with as effectively and as amicably as possible.

Never once doubted that Mayfair had the customer’s best intentions at heart and wanted the customer to be pleased with the final result.

It’s always unsettling having work done in your house, but the team lead by Nick were good people to have in the home who gave me confidence in their work.

Nick was always polite, stayed in communication and tidied up after the days work was done.

If I was ever in the position of having windows installed again (say if I moved house) then I would happily use Mayfair again and ask for Nick to head up the work.

Had Ryan and lenny come out and fix my bifolds my roof lantern and change my door slab. They were great to deal with and kept me informed all the way.

Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Mayfair installations from the sales man to the installers. Nick and Emilio were excellent and worked so hard for 3 full days and transformed our home and highly recommend the composite modern doors. 5 stars ⭐️

The work was very good and afisciant very quick work so satified

Nick and Aaron did a great job on my windows. They planned for 3 days but ended up needing 5, mainly due to the problems found with our front Bay windows (Age of house and existing windows)
They were polite and professional and the windows were installed to a very high standard.
I am so glad we choose windows with the built in blinds as these are the dogs!

Ryan excell great guy, great job! He is tidying up everything as I write. Very happy punter.
