From the first phone call to the last, the staff have all been extremely helpful and professional.
The fitters Dave and Rich were great. Polite, hardworking, helpful and considerate.
They are very down to earth men who have a wicked sense of humour and are very approachable. (sang like angles, but taste in music could be improved 😂) Rich even chatted with my autistic son and made him interact and laugh, something my son never does with strangers.
The workmanship is unquestionable, first class and extremely satisfactory. Any issues or questions I had, were dealt with swiftly and with a smile. I was a bit anxious having people in my home while I was working a 12hr shift, but I didn't need to worry, they were very professional.
As a whole I would absolutely recommend this company, and give praise to the fitters. Rich and Dave, again, thank you so much. If I ever need work done again I will 100% use Mayfair, and will be absolutely requesting to have you two come back. You're the best 👍🏻😁

Ryan and Lenny did our windows - Due to age of the house and other factors (all out of their control) the job appeared a difficult one - they planned for 2 days work but stayed 4 to ensure the just was perfect - they solved every problem that came up and informed me every step of the way as well as giving me some important advise of further work that was needed with no benefit to themselves - the true meaning of above and beyond - the windows and front door look fantastic - great job

Mayfair installation is a great company to go for. I had great communication with them and the fitters.
Nick and Emilio who fitted my windows were brilliant, very professional, friendly and able to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them both.

Had windows and doors fitted by Ryan Excel and Lenny. Both guys fitted my windows and doors to an excellent standard. They were polite and friendly and left my property neat and tidy at the end of each day.
Raul who first came to see us and Paul who came to measure up were both very knowledgeable and professional.

On the initial visit from Mayfair by Dan, I was impressed his knowledge of the Double Glazing industry and made the selection of our requirements very easy.
When it came to arranging the installation date Bonnie and Ellie in tbe Office could not do enough to ensure the whole process run smoothly. On the day of the installation.
The team of 3 installers, Dave Nick & Emilio were the "top Guns" of Installation, their customer service skills were impressive and nothing was to much trouble, their adherence to Health and Safety and working practices are to be commended.
Knowledge of the installation and attention to detail and the can do attitude is exemplary.
Once the installation was completed. Nick walked me through everything with operation, maintenance and future support if required.
Lastly the site and debris clearance was complete to the last screw & splinter.
If only all tradesmen could be this easy to deal with.
Overall I have nothing but praise for all concerned at Mayfair Installations, thank you all for recognising the customer is King.

Attention! Scammers ! I discovered by accident that they installed a door for me which I did not pay for. There had to be a solid wood door that I paid extra for and I got a cheap door filled with foam. Check yours, because maybe it happened to you too!

My experience start with Dan and his knowledge and advise for a new front door for my unusual style house. No hard sales just genuine honest advise.
Ryan fitted my font door and garage window and side door. Ryan was a tidy worker and his eye to detail was excellent.

The replacement of our doors and windows was carried out by Nick and Amilio and was a pleasurable experience from start to finish, both were polite and courteous and nothing was to much for them.
Both my wife and I were constantly asked if we were happy with every stage of the works as it progressed and not just at the end when the works were completed.
We would definitely recommend both Nick and Amilio who are a credit to the Company.

Nick and Paul have done a superb job. Installation of the windows has been clean and tidy while preserving the cleaningness in the house having new carpets fitted recently.

The windows that Mayfair have fitted for my parents are a very high standard. Service has been excellent and they were the only company not to come in with a crazy price to begin with. The sales team were great and the fitters kept up the good work. Thanks Mayfair

I would 110% recommend Mayfair Installations, they are such lovely friendly guys who actually listen to you and your requirements rather unlike other company’s who turn up, don’t really listen to you, blather on about stuff you’re not really interested in for 2-3 hours and don’t really listen to you and your wants unless you sign with them that day, Mayfair are the complete opposite, they left me time to talk with the my husband as he wasn’t available when the lovely Raul came round to discuss our requirements and didn’t “push” for the order, also something other companies refused to do, if my husband was not there for the appointment then they would not come round. Mark was absolutely fabulous on the phone, friendly and not pushy for the appointment.
Every single person I dealt with at Mayfair were so friendly and lovely, put me completely at ease and made me feel that they were actually listening to me and put my needs before anything else.
I will not use another company if I need anymore works doing.

My neighbours recommended Mayfair as they recently had upstairs done by them. A year later they've not had any problems and overjoyed by the improvement on sound and usability.

I've just had thirteen windows and two doors installed by Nick and his team.
My experience was nothing short of great.

The initial quote from Raul was enjoyable, he's a very friendly guy and helped us dial in the designs and helped us set up a 0% finance deal which made it affordable.
The survey was then completed a week or so after where the detailed measurements were carried out from the inside, this took less than an hour.

About 1 month later the windows and doors were ready to be installed.
In total they took 4 days installing, not wanting to rush to ensure the quality was not compromised.

Nick was in constant communication with me throughout and he called me every evening to see if I was happy.
The windows are secured in solid, and they finished the trim over the other one so well I don't need to repaint.
Nick and his team have cleaned up after themselves and the windows look so fresh.

Just be aware that all the dust sheets in the world won't contain the dust but it doesn't take long to wipe a few surfaces after its all settled.

They seemed like trustworthy lads so I was happy to leave my home leaving them to lock up after.

For good measure Mayfair even bought and fitted a new catflap on the new door which I wasn't expecting, nice touch.

Will be recommending to family and friends for sure.

FYI Initial quote to completion was less than 8 weeks.

Great service from start to finish. All details fully explained and in depth at initial meeting, kept up to date throughout the process and the fitting was efficiently done by fitters who were thorough, helpful and friendly.
Great company to do business with

Only one star because you have to put at least one star to be able to leave a review. We have been in a wrangle with this company for almost a year now. They installed patio doors to our conservatory and guttering. The guttering is squint, doesn't have enough brackets on it, so it sags. We have a leak internally due to the installation, for nearly a year now! We are left having to get someone else to fix it all. The front windows were soo badly installed, they weren't even bolted in or ever finished over winter!! We had to abandon them and go to another company, Window Workshop, who have been fantastic. They had never seen such a bad job and actually advised us to take it to the small claims court as we have photos and videos of leaks, poor installation, emails etc to prove our case. We have emailed, we don't get a response. We have phoned, the phone gets put down on us. Today, I was even told the person I was speaking to was only filling in today, she is the same person we have spoken to countless times trying to sort this out! They asked for their windows back, which they are more than welcome to, we are trying to get them to come and collect them, as they are outside! We have only been waiting since June, but they don't seem to want to do that either! This has been an ongoing nightmare for nearly a year! We really should be getting compensation for the stress of water pouring into our conservatory and putting up with sub standard windows that were not even installed properly over winter. Disgusting and appalling service, is an understatement as there has NOT been any service!
