Exceptional Broker with Outstanding Support

I've been trading with this broker for quite some time now, and I must say, their services are truly exceptional. From their user-friendly trading platform to their competitive spreads, every aspect of my trading experience has been top-notch. However, what truly sets them apart is their customer support, particularly the assistance I received from Oscar White.

Oscar's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring client satisfaction are truly commendable. Whenever I've had a question or encountered an issue, he's been there to provide prompt and effective assistance, going above and beyond to resolve any concerns I may have had.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience trading with this broker. With their stellar services and outstanding support, I have full confidence in recommending them to fellow traders.

persuasive ,unreliable ,perhaps dishonest

On the 30 November I made the minimum deposit of £202 with this company. Mr Bas Van Lanschot was the company representative and claimed he was a member of the well known Dutch financiers family. The deposit grew to around £470 and simultaneously I was pressurised by Van Lanschot to increase my investment as it was too small for hime to earn a decent reward. He offered me two separate schemes, I did not understand them and decided I wanted to terminate my connection with this company. I then actioned my request to withdraw my investment. To date I have not received anything . My initial research when I made contact with Mayfairplus was hampered when I could not raise Trustpilot on the net, on the day that I requested my money back I was able to raise it.The above are the facts and as such should act as a warning to everyone not to deal with this company.

100% scam, do not invest even min amount

I fell for it too, everyone is very nice and polite in the beginning. Then I got a call from my brokers manager asking me to invest more and this is where he got aggressive and intimidating. I tried to contact my broker and guess what nothing! I have tried to withdraw my initial investment but you guessed it it doesn't work. Don"t be fooled by this company

Please avoid this company at all costs -they are scammers

Please avoid this company. They are scammers. Initially they are polite and friendly and contact you regularly to try and persuade you to deposit more and more money. You may be paid one small sum of money to entice you to deposit more funds. Then they inform you that to draw out any money from your account you have to pay in even more money to do so. At this point they become aggressive and rude and after that it is virtually impossible to contact them. Please do not be drawn into this scam. We have learned the hard way that they really do not care as long as they make money.

I was intrigued by this company so I…

I was intrigued by this company so I decided to investigate how they scam people and discovered the following:-
1 after you fill the contact they contact you by phone and ask several meaningless questions to check if you are eligible to open an account for trading with them.
2 they always tell you that you are suitable and ask you to fill in an application form, name address phone no. email etcetc.
3 then they ask you to pay the minimum joining investment of $250, they send you a link to open a payment platform named Capital x Trading and ask you to click on the purchasing basket which indicates that you are purchasing a -Trading Course- once you pay the fee they open an account in your name and get you to fill in logging password an send you a confirmation email.
4 Capital x Trading sends you a confirmation email that you have purchased a Trading Course but do not specify what course with whom and do not provide additional data.
5 Mayfairplus then assigns a manager to you to supervise your account and train you to use it.
6 The manager gives you instructions to connect your computer via a remote viewer program to their computer and to log into your account, he then instructs you how to use the Trading Tool, he shows the various options such as FOREX, Cripto,Shares and so on. He guides you in how to make tradings and explains the graphs displayed on the screen. you are then encouraged to start trading by yourself by opening trading positions.
7 Once you start trading you notice some profit is being made and when you close the position you get that money into your account. (when I was trading I noticed that the profit was appearing suddenly on the screen which made me suspicious, i believe they run a simulation program and manipulate all your operations to make you invest more money)
8 The manager then encourages you to invest more money and trade in Cripto.

The scam is that when you attempt to withdraw your money, your application is declined and you cannot get access to it so you loose everthing and you have no protection since mayfairplus are unregistered in the UK.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY DONT INVEST IN IT DONT BE FOOLED

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
I was approached by Mayfair plus and very quickly talked into investing over £700. I felt uncomfortable through the whole process and was given a chance to do my homework on this company..
They use very clever tactics quickly showing you how quickly you can make money and all great.
I have attempted to close my account and withdraw my funds nearly 3 weeks ago and yet to receive a penny. They promised a maximum of 15 days for the return of my monies.
I invested using my credit card in the hope it would provide some security which it did. I will now re contacting Barclays to retrieve my money.

Be wary of there sale tactics and do your home work before investing if that’s what I did with this company.

CAUTION - cannot get your money out

I signed up in November on the back of a celebrity leak using the platform and started slowly with £250. The experience as good and support from the trader was helpful. The investment increased aligned to the profits made and I was then introduced to a more senior trader to focus on crypto. Everything to this point felt genuine, I was under no pressure to do anything and they were investing plenty of time in me as I learnt the ropes. Things quickly took a leg up and I invested more than I had intended to but equally made significant "profits" on a specific trade idea. I thought it wise to take some profits out but it was proposed to me to take out all of the balance and then reinvest instead to get a cheaper fee on the withdrawal and a bonus on the new investment from the firm - again advice seemed to be aligned to the customer. I was then sent an email claiming to be HMRC asking for a further payment in order to unlock my money - HMRC confirmed this was a scam email.

The financed chap has not accepted is bogus but has repeatedly assured me they receive the same email from the liquidity providers they work with and customers do receive their money once they have provided further proof of funds.

I declined to put in any more and we have been in limbo for 10 days and the funds are now back on my trading account. The platform is willing to start a new withdrawal however at a further cost to me which I am struggling with given the costs already incurred without receiving any funds.

I know this will sound naive but the traders I have spoken with seem genuine and assure me they have done / do nothing wrong and their other customers all get funds out but that doesn't seem to tally up with other reviews on here and I have to conclude this one to avoid

These guys are crooks they will not allow you to withdraw your money- total rip off - BBC are on to them - absolute scam.

Not only did they keep my money they then state they will release it if I pay them to release it - they are now challenging my review saying I was not a customer

This is definitely a scam

This is definitely a scam! You cannot get your entitlement without first paying a 10% commission fee, which in my case was £1350. Which I refused to pay. End result, I’ve been scammed for just over £200.

CORRUPT and THIEVES

As with other people when I refused to add to what I had put in,several hundred pounds, their attitude changed, suggesting that they couldn't make enough money for themselves. The man, possibly Jacob, became abusive and swore, belittling my 'paltry' amount.A lady phoned and we agreed that I should cancel my account, withdraw the money and have it repaid. Of course they seem to have had NO INTENTION of doing that. The 'live chat ',an e-mail and telephone efforts get no response. The profits were to assist poor families in the Far East in children's education as they know but these are just greedy, selfish and corrupt people - stay away from them. I will report them to the ANTI-FRAUD SQUAD in the next day or two.

Here's a surprise!! The next day I got a phone call from Mayfairplus(which I didn't want but hey ho).A new guy asked me 'How am I?' so I told them exactly how I feel!! I'm giving them 24 hours extra to refund me as they promised.I do not hold out much hope BUT if they do that I will add my thanks and letTrustPilot know as the poor families mentioned will be very relieved.
