I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, and Dennis was especially helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find this level of customer service today. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again with full confidence and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

I had an interesting journey with Mayfair Watch, ultimately obtaining the watch I wanted and being very happy with it. However, it took a while for us to get there. I originally agreed a deal for the watch approx. mid Feb, and paid for it on a Friday- only to be informed the following Monday that it had actually been sold over the Christmas period. This is quite a substantial block of time to have passed without updating the inventory of the site, and based on how quickly my subsequent sale listed the watch as having been sold, I am not altogether sure that this was true.

Regardless I was told that I would be offered first refusal on the next model that came in which was of the specification I was seeking. I waited for approx. 1 month and was notified by the team that a model had become available. However, this did not appear to be on a first refusal basis, as the watch was simply listed live on the website and I was notified of this by the team. (Ordinarily I would've thought first refusal meant giving me the option to purchase the watch, before listing it online for general sale)

From the point of buying the watch it did take over a week to be dispatched- and during this time, there was also an additional charge made to my card for approx. £70, that I didn't learn of until checking my account. I spoke to the team at Mayfair and provided evidence of the charge at their request, there was then continual radio silence back from them around this charge and confirmation of when my watch would be dispatched for the next couple of days. Eventually, the watch was dispatched and the charge refunded, but with no explanation around the delay to dispatch or around what that mysterious charge related to. (Indeed the only notifications I received were automated) I'm delighted with the watch itself, but the service was really lacklustre when it came to communication. I appreciate Mayfair Watch are likely a smaller operation than say, Watchfinder or one of the larger general retailers. However; a bit of courtesy would have gone a long way here, even if it was simply sending me a line or two with an update. That takes maybe 20 seconds to send and provides a lot of reassurance, when spending a not insigificant amount of money with a company. I had considered just leaving the review alone, but upon receiving continual reminders to leave a review, felt obligated to give an honest account of my experience.

I was looking for a specific reference of Tudor Prince, and when I finally decided to buy, the watch was sadly gone. A few days later, Dennis was able to find me the same reference, in perfect condition, but upgraded to a full set!
During the whole process, communication was very professional, I was given all asked information, and the watch came perfectly packed and prepared. They also added me a nice leather strap, travel pouch, end links and tools. Delivery to Switzerland was no problem, it came in a few days with UPS. So I would not hesitate to buy again with them.

I negotiated a mutually agreed to price with mayfair watches. I had several questions regarding authenticity, condition of the watch, etc I requested billing instructions. Subsequently they raised the price of the watch and claimed they had given me 5 hours to accept the price, which they did not. My experience with mayfair showed they misrepresented the facts and renegade on our agreement. To me they are a company not to be trusted.

10/10 experience with Mayfair. Dennis and Chris maintain a fantastic, curated collection of hard to source pieces, specifically neo vintage Tudor. Shipping to the US was lightning fast and hassle free. I’m super pleased with my two tone 76213 Tudor Prince Date+Day and will absolutely be doing business with them again.

After perusing the site & seeing a watch I liked, I asked for a little more information. They replied in a timely manner & offered up more information than I asked for.
After purchasing the watch, it took around a week to arrive at my house but I had plenty of updates.
Upon opening the box, I received a free cap & then started to open the watch box. It was really well packaged with plenty of protection. The watch is absolutely fantastic & in mint condition as described. I would definitely these consider for my next purchase
