First order

I was sent an expired injection pen
I was sent an expired injection pen. Having spent one thousand pounds purchasing through Mayfair I felt confident in their service, the online ordering very easy and quality of product and delivery great. However, my emails about this expired syringe have gone unanswered. I provided photos of the expiry date on the pen to trace back to their pharmacy. The only reason I noticed is my appetite seemed to come back with a vengeance only realising the vial was expired. Will change my rating if someone replies. All emails when I was purchasing were promptly answered. Now silence when there’s a problem

I have ordered a Mounjaro it took over a week after I called them 3 times, once finally arrived the bag was completely defrosted, I am hope that injection works.

Ordering medication is straightforward and delivery is fast.
The negative is customer service, it takes a long time to get through to be able to speak to someone and when you finally get through, they take your name say someone will call you back and they never do, which is really frustrating, especially if you have a concern
