It was my 1st time purchasing with Mayfeyr. I used Trustpilot to check them out too! :P What I appreciated about Mayfeyr is the constant, personalised service they provide. You need not ask abt updates fm them. It was given.

There was some confusion abt my purchase. it got me worried initially. BUT, I realised that I need not be. The Mayfeyr team reached out and fm then on keep me updated on what is happening etc until it was settled. My purchase was 'hand delivered' to me, as promised, within the date AND time promised. Kudos to the Mayfeyr team! Will definitely be back for more! :)

First time buying online from a indirect luxury seller was a bit worried if it was legit. But they provided excellent service from start to end, informing me when my order were shipped, when it be delivered, and refund given for one of the 2 bags I bought. even gave me a jar of cookies. 5 star service, bags were beautiful exactly what u get in the stores. You get luxury bags at a better price and better service than at the stores, wat more could u ask for.

Very good experience

I was pleasantly surprised to discover Mayfeyr’s website offering my dream Christian Louboutin pumps (sold out elsewhere in my size) at rather competitive prices. The team kept me updated with shipping and tracking information, and it provided me with peace of mind that I was communicating with an actual person instead of an automated bot. After receiving the shoes, I compared it fastidiously with existing shoes and packaging (which I had previously purchased from the brand’s retail store): I am very pleased to attest to their authenticity! I would definitely be patronizing Mayfeyr again and highly recommend them. I am posting this review unprompted and I hope that it lends confidence to other shoppers who may be considering purchasing from Mayfeyr.

Mayfeyr provided excellent customer service, and kept me promptly updated on the status of my order. They have a strict QC check and informed me of any imperfections (though not very visible) on the bag, and offered some cash rebate. Delivery was scheduled based on my convenience and availability. A positive experience and will buy from them again!

The company communicated to me throughout the process - eg shipping timelines and when item was on the way. Also called me to arrange delivery timing. Item is new, authentic and very competitively priced.

I recently purchased a bag through Mayfeyr, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations. To be fair, this wasn’t a fault on their part as the bag was made of raffia, and some fraying is naturally expected with that material.

As such, I decided to initiate a return and was aware of the $50 return fee, which I accepted since the request came from my end.

However, after the return was processed, the team realised they had missed out on the dust bag that was meant to be included with the original purchase. As a gesture of goodwill, they not only acknowledged the oversight but also kindly waived the $50 return fee and issued a full refund.

It was a truly pleasant experience, and I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.
