It was great to meet your agent, the place is very impressive, with all the amenities on site, I have received all the information , the apartment that I have seen is very pleasant, roomy and well equipped. Will have to make my calculations to consider what and how to manage a possible move. I have seen quite a number of places and Mayfield is on top of the list.

Very helpful and well informed

It is great complex, but monthly charges are too high.

Excellent, pleasant guiding. Impressed with the place and overall friendliness of staff, suggesting approachability at all times without over the top attitude.
The premises and amenities appear second to none.
Accessibility via public transport needs improving as the walking distance from railway stations etc. is greater than might seem to someone who drives.

Unfortunately for us the show flat was very small.
I think it is perfect for someone on their own.

This place Mayfield villages is a beautiful place with ample of space tranquility and a very peaceful environment. We fell in love with the place as we stepped in through the doors. The facilities they are providing are exceptionally modern and can prove to be very comfortable for people who would live there. All required amenities are near by. We think it can be a wonderful place to spend your retirement life at this place.

Kirsty made us feel very welcome. The information she gave was very clear and was happy to answer all our questions. Both my daughter and I were very impressed with Mayfield.

Clare Wells was very good at explaining things and hrlpful.

Nice flat, potentially lots of activities to participate in, on site facilities probably cover more or less everything you would want. The pricing structure is new to me and I don't know how it compares to similar set-ups.

My wife and I have spent the last 8 days visiting and viewing retirement villages within a 20 mile radius of St.Albans as that is where my son and his family live.
Mayfield Watford was by far the best in so many ways. The facilities for residential use, the pool ,weights gym, steam room,wellness area are really superb. The restaurant and cafe/bistro served super meals at very competitive prices and they ‘village hall’ that is multi functional allowing all manner of classes to happen - we saw it in action.The staff were so very pleasant and helpful but without doubt the best marketing tool was the residents who all spoke so highly and enthusiastically about the place. We were invited to stop over night in the their show room apartment which was so useful to get a feel of the apartment and gave us the opportunity to see the whole place operating how it does over a 24hr period - no specially laid on functions but simply what happens in a normal day - it was most enlightening. We were also very impressed with Gordon from the Sales team was excellent in his presentation of Mayfield and never exerted the usual sales pressure that so often follow -he explained the whole business most succinctly and showed patience and sensitivity -a top guy. We left extremely impressed with the place and would give it the gold medal!!
