Its nice not having to keep my phone hooked up for maps or waze. USB port kept going out.

2018 Toyota Highlander. Woefully out of date maps in need of updating. Newer local streets are showing up, a plus.

Installed sd card and nothing came through. Please advise.

Really fast shipping. Installing was as simple popping out the old SD card and putting in the new one. The SD card was mailed here without any instructions. We weren't sure we changed the card out correctly because there was no confirmation of an update on our GPS screen and there wasn't any info provided with the map update from the seller about what to expect. We contacted customer service who emailed a day later informing us we did all we needed to do to install it. One curious thing: As soon as we submitted our credit card for payment, we got an alert from our credit card company informing us we had just made an out of the country purchase (and a reminder to let the credit card company know if we planned any foreign travel). The SD card came from California but we don't know where MazNav does its banking. There were multiple sellers on Amazon offering the same SD card updates for half the price but reviews for them were 50/50 so we opted to pay a little more with MazNav because of their almost 100% positive reviews and felt we'd have a vendor that would help us if something went wrong. We'd use them again.

For years, my Mazda console has crashed intermittently and with increasing frequency. I eventually worked out that it was due to my Navteq SSD. I figured that, short of dropping $150+ on a new chip from Mazda, my GPS would never work again. But it does now! Installation couldn't have been simpler.

I had been trying to use Andriod auto and it would not work consistently. All it did was aggregate me when I was traveling. When I got this card, I popped it in my car and it works amazing. The best money I have spent this year, should have done it sooner.

Shipping was good and online help choosing the correct Nav Card for my 2021 Mazda Cx5.

My vehicle is a 2026 and the 1st card did not work. Sam looked into it a found out there was a different card and got the right card to me

Product was as advertised and corrected my GPS issue. Also fixed the issue of the infotainment system constantly resetting.

I ordered the wrong SD card The return process was so much easier than I expected. I e-mailed them a couple of times and they responded promptly and provided clear instructions on how to return the SD card I purchased in error and they processed my refund quickly. I highly recommend them!

I didn't work at all not compatible with the radio I guess would never come on the screen

Wrong size. Didn't work with adapter.

Ordering process was easy of course,. But The product didnt work and customer service refused to provide support. In this time, this company does not have a phone number to call for support. The 1800 phone listed was a non working phone. You'd hope for people to send you email to get support.

I would think 100 times before buying from this site.
