Exceptional bike very quick shipping

I had a good experience very easy and fast I ordered on a Monday had it by Friday no damage everything was in the box . I've had it in off- road and on street and in grass and bike I done exceptional. I would definitely recommend and I will be buying more in future thanks happyrun

Great experience

I bought the HappyRun G-100 Pro about a month ago and rerally love the bike. I have to say the way HappyRun package the bikes and other items are superior to other companies. The bike did have an electrical issue with the display flickering and bike cutting off. I reached out to HappyRun sending Pictures and a video. After about 5 days the company sent me a replacement controller, battery balancer and even a speed sensor to make sure I had the parts that would may fix the issue. Upon installing the controller and battery balancer, it fixed the issue...my bike it up and running. I also bought the G-100 a few months back with no issues with that one. So anyway I am a satisfied customer and HappyRun customer service is spot-on for now. Hope the company continue the good work.

Epic Customer service

Excellent customer service, especially amongst the e-bike manufactures. They are always super responsive, and stand behind their warranty. The only complaint I have is that the battery cover latch lock broke due to improper fitment. A replacement lock and key set way $45. These are typically $6-10 elsewhere. It was annoying to have to pay so much to replace a part that failed due to design flaw. Still a loyalist and big fan though.

I purchased a full warranty and now your company has sent me to X cotton I wish I would have never bought the $200 year warranty you do not honor it you send me to a warranty company that won't do anything I am very disappointed with your warranty and I would like my $200 return to me since your warranty is nonsense thank you for wasting my time

The motor on my g100 started making a…

The motor on my g100 started making a grinding noise. I contacted happyruns customer service via email. I also included a video of the issue. Happyrun contacted me within hours of my email. They apologized for the issue and asked for my shipping address. Customer service notified me of my replacement motor would he sent to my address. I was happy with there promt service and solution. Good job and keep up the great work 👍

Had an issue with the battery not…

Had an issue with the battery not charging. My grandson was very disheartened. I emailed and they were able to help with troubleshooting and instructional videos. It took me longer than them. I sent videos back of how it did not charge and they responded in less than 24 hrs that battery would be replaced. Update was just given as they are sending new battery via FedEx and FedEx has confirmed it is on the way. Very grateful for their response.

I have two G70 Tank e-bikes from…

I have two G70 Tank e-bikes from HappyRun and the service department has been nothing but helpful,and willing to go the extra mile to make sure any issues are resolved quickly. I've had a great experience so far, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Works perfectly, had a small holdup.

The bike is amazing, I bought a happyrun G300 pro, it originally didn't work but happyrun sent me a free new controller, gloves, and other accessories for an apology for the wait, I installed the new one, and it works perfectly. Thanks for the support.
