What was great and what was average!
I thought that the experience with ordering the product was excellent. I was pleased with the emails and Personnel that I had to deal with when I had problems they did a great job
Now the average part. I ordered the product with 2-day express shipping . the label was created on December 26th. It was not picked up until December 31st and I did not receive it until January 5th
The product was nothing like described in the promotion on the internet . it doesn't have hardly any of the features that I was expecting. There was no instructions with it on how to load except what I had looked up earlier .I left the car off and inserted it and I was supposed to get instructions and there was never any. It's just an average product not much better than the one I paid $35 for except it has voice activation which doesn't work real well

At the time of purchase I wasn't sure if the SD card was going to fix the problem. I'm happy to say that the problem is resolved. The car dealer was saying I had to replace the entire unit. That would have been between $1200 to $1500.

Didn’t work!
Didn’t work with my 2018 Mazda CX9 even with their survey. Apparently all CX9 models don’t work and their help was just repeating the same answers. Credit came fast though.

Bought a certified preowned 2023 Mazda
Bought a certified preowned 2023 Mazda. It didn’t have a SD nav card and the dealer wanted to charge 500 dollars for the card.
