Camera died after 2 years while on holiday. Bitterly disappointed.

Offered me a reasonable price for my camera and lens. My only complaint was the processing time. I was told initially it would take 2-3 business days for processing. I waited 7 days. I contacted them for a status update and customer service was helpful. They put a priority on my items, which was unfortunate that it had to come to that, though. I completely understand being backed up, but these issues should really be addressed early on. Otherwise, the experience was decent. They paid me out quickly after the processing finished and the amount was exactly what was quoted.

I placed an order. For private reasons I asked them to hold back delivery for 3-5 days. Oh No! this lot could care less. Anything to get the order out. They got my money, holding back would be not be a big deal. All I got was complicated options. That is not customer care. Looking for new gear later this year. This shower wont even get a look in. I'm the customer, Its my money i'm spending. Grow up!!!

Terrible experience. Bought a GoPro, was never delivered. Apparently they cancelled the order without telling me. Promised me a same day refund, that's still not happened. No camera and no refund, I've been absolutely scammed. I guess I'll have to go the legal debt collection route to get my money back, but just don't need the stress right now.

Good offer for my cameras and after inspection the offer was increased. 👍👍

Bought Gizo tripod. Delivered day after I placed the order - excellent service. Tripod in very good condition - very happy.

Sold my camera lens through them. Their initial quote was a little low but they re-evaluated it to a competitive rate once they have received the goods. The whole selling process was hassle free.

Paid for 2 day shipping and they didn't ship until the day it was supposed to arrive. very unhelpful at remedying the problem.
